We have banked with US Bank for years myself my wife and my mother. After depositing a $12,000 check and being told Less than $300 would be available the teller refuse to answer any questions or just didn’t know the answers as to why after all this time with this, Bank is only $275 available, why is the check then clearing at two separate intervals days apart and what is it about this check that is causing a hardly responsive teller to visibly (facial expressions) act as if the check was stolen and forged.

Horrible customer service. These girls that work in this branch are rude and prejudice unless you speak spanish. They have 0 care about you. They are always on there phones and lifeless eating and drinking at the counter.Emily needs to find another job out of public.

I know they smaller ranch but they don't want to give you your money when you need. It was not a big amount of money so I knew they do have the money but I don't understand why. They made me lost my business deal because of that.

Horrible place and bad people "working" there, they don't want to help people have a us bank account, Emily is so lazy and her don't do nothing and don't want to help me , just doing makeup and stuff , this place is open just for nothing paying lazy people,

This bank is inside a King Soopers, and I thought that because of this I wasnt going to get the same level of service as if I went to a stand alone building. But I was pleasantly pleased with how effortlessly my banking transaction progressed. My transaction was completed in less time than I thought which allowed me to grab something to eat from the grocery stores deli section.

Worst service especially Emily. Rude and disrespectful. I have to deposit here for my job every week day. There is always a 30 min wait minimum. You can tell she’s doesn’t want to be here or is always in a foul miserable mood. Every weekday is the same. I have been going to a us bank that’s a 14 minute drive each way and I still get back to work faster than when I come here.

Denessa is the best! In the time that I have been coming to this location she has treated me with amazing customer service. She is always smiling and I can tell she genuinely enjoys helping people. In the few times I had an issue she is always super helpful. US Bank is super lucky to have her.

Forget withdrawing unemployment funds from this bank. Their "computers are always down". Their solution is to drive to another US Bank, and then another if necessary, to find a branch whose computers are working. This has happened 3 times over the course of 6 weeks. You are told to use the ATMs, so US Bank can charge their fee. Who do they think they're fooling? Unrelated but equally unbelievable is their $5 charge to cash a check written on their bank. :) awesome customer service! I am sorry for the people who work for such a dysfunctional institution. Steer clear of this bank if at all possible.

Every month I come here 1 day to deposit my rent. The line always takes 45 mins AT THE LEAST. I am a healthcare worker...working 6 days a week. I really despise spending an hour of my 1 free day. I spend about 5 dollars in gas just sitting in park. I quit banking here years ago. I'll be back next month to share how horrible my wait is again.

Well , where do i start ? You will get the short version to this horrible experience . On may 26th 2020 i went in to U.S bank to wire some money to a title company . I was trying to buy a house and i had to wire the earnest money no later than may 27th . I got to the bank and the teller told me that i was past the cut off time of 230 pm to send out a wire , we did all the paper work and the lady assured me that the wire would be sent out first thing in the morning . I explained to her in detail how important it was that this wire went out ASAP . She then told me not to worry and that the people will have their money first thing in the morning . She then got my email address so she can send me the conformation number and she also gave me her email address ...fast forward to the following Monday , i check my email and no conformation number , i emailed the lady and she didn't respond . I called us bank and they told me that i needed to go to the branch . I explained that i was over an hour away from the branch and asked if i had any other option , the lady told me no . I went to the bank and the bank was now closed , i then made several phone calls adding up to several hours on the phone and i got no explanation on why my wire was never sent , i sent several emails and no one responded to any of my emails . I have filed a complaint to us bank , they told me that someone would get ahold of me with 24-48 hours . No one ever called ...,, and that is just the beginning of many many other problems with us bank . My other problems have nothing to do with this branch but it has to do with us bank . I been with us bank for a very long time but now i think it's time to find an other bank ,,,,,,, i hope Wells Fargo is better than this .
