I was attended by a woman who helped me out with some bank statements I was having issues with. No another branch could help me out the way she did. She was the best. Thank you so much for all you're amazing help !

Service here was slow and cumbersome. The teller was rather rude and robotic in her actions. I received no greeting, no inquiry, not even a smile, just a stern look and a monotone acknowledgement of my transaction. I think I would have got a friendlier transaction from the ATM.

They suuuuuck! The lines are horrible and they suuuuuuuuuck!!!! I have to come here for work and I haaaaaaate this branch! Silly little workers...save time and don't come here unless you have to. Again, THEY SUUUUUUUCK!

3 years ago, my husband died. I had to change our US Bank to my name. The branch is at 5211 W 72nd Ave, Westminster, CO 80003 . They gave me a Preferred account that charges 24.95 per month. I didn't ask for it. I did not know what it was until I started looking through the charges... US Bank has over $700.00 in service charges. I was 74 when my husband died. They also have a free account for people over 65. I was not offers that account or any options. This is so unethical. It hurts my heart that such a huge bank with take advantage of a grieving widow. I can't even get an appointment with the bank manger. So sad...

I went in the branch this afternoon at 2:10 to make a wire transfer. There were 2 tellers helping the only customers in the branch. I waited for 15 minutes to be told wire transfers cannot be made after 2:30pm. I said perfect, this won't take long as I had all of the information ready. The teller said she couldn't do it because it was to close to 2:30 and the personal banker had to go to lunch. This is not customer service. I have personal and business accounts with USBank and was trying to wire money from a loan I have with them. They had no intention of helping me make a simple wire transfer. Very disappointed.

sometimes things aren't so great and days aren't always easy for some people. I come to this bank just about every week and it is my "home" bank... the problem i had today is i went through the drive thru to with draw some money and the woman with colored eyes who helped me didn't even smile at me once. a smile can go a long way and i just need her to realize that in the profession that she's in.

We had our business account and merchant services at another bank , we had the pleasure to meet Jessica Torres her professionalism knowledge and customer service , made us give her a chance , it has been a great experience, the few issues we have encountered Jessica has been there to resolve them . Definitely recommend her and her branch for your banking needs.

Went here on 12/6/18 around 4:45, I wanted to open a checking account but both girls told me it takes 25 min to do so and they close in 15 min so they didn't want to help me, really? You turn away a customer so you wouldn't stay over few min? I went to Bank of America and it took less than 15 min to open an account.

I have banked here over twenty years for my business needs. This bank is wonderful. US Bank has provided our business with loans and etc thru the years. There is always several tellers, therefor there is never a long line. Just today Caesar and Carlie went above and beyond working together to solve my problem and had done so within minutes. All the employees are so helpful. This is the best bank for business or self.

Not so much for the branch but more of the practice- I got my check and cashed it over the weekend. I went to this location on Sunday and used the ATM to deposit my cash so I could pay my bills- To my surprise it ate it and spit out an error receipt. A little worried I called the 800 number on it. I was told to wait and see if it would post to my account. The next day ZERO!! So I called back this time I was told I should wait another 24 hours..... 24 hours passes and I call back (still ZERO) I'm told I need to open a claim and wait 10 business days and I will receive a temporary credit while they count the machine... Seriously 10 days and we have a holiday this week to add! So after 13 days hopefully I'll see a temporary credit but in the mean time- late on bills, no money, no food, or any way to make it to my next paycheck !!

Great service and wonderful employees. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. I use this branch from time to time. One account rep helped me avoid paying account fees by opening a special account. This is a low traffic branch, You get in and out within minutes.
