Finally happened to be on this side of town to check this place out. Was super impressed with how good the food and service was. Only downside is that it’s a 30 minute drive out of my way. I’ll try to make an effort to come back.

Valente's Deli and Bakery has been around for decades and for good reason!! They're a great little Italian market on the Northwest side of town (technically Westminster) with a huge selection of imported foods, and house made items that make my soul happy!!

I have to do 2 reviews so I can give the 10 stars? . Absolutely the best hot Italian sausage in the world ? ?. I went in for a dessert canoli because they're the best and smelled the sausage. I bought a hot Italian sausage canoli and had to go back in for 2 more ? for the weekend. Who needs a grocery store when you can eat here!

It's more of a market (which is why I went) and less of a restaurant. There are seats. Went there looking for fresh ravioli and meat sauce. Found frozen and jarred (though imported) sauce. Both turned out to be very good. Will have to return to try fresh food.

This is one of the few surviving family Italian delis left. 20 minutes from my house, but worth the drive and I'll support them for as long as they're in business. Italian sausage is authentic and always gets rave reviews when we serve it to friends. Whether looking for a quick lunch, or shopping to prepare a big Italian feast, give this place a try
