There was a reason I left Verizon and now that I'm back I regret it they will double charge you on your bills then when you need the money back they will make it very difficult do not give into there auto pay it's a scam to get ahold or your bank account so they can take money whenever they want be aware
Customer service is no help they will lie to you I'm glad they record the phone calls really thinking bout just paying the early termination fee and going back to t mobile

Extremely rude customer service agent. The younger man with curly hair was incredibly rude and unhelpful.

If you want a rude, unhelpful experience where the sales person walks up to with an attitude to begin with then come here and see Saul. Also if you want a super high, overly confusing, manipulated plan for service then Verizon is the place.

After talking with 7 people on the phone for customer support about a new order and getting nowhere, I went here. Veronica and Chris were able to help me within minutes, and I was able to walk out with the phone I ordered!

Visited the store on 1/17/2025 around 3pm. Was assisted by Juan, Sales and had a conversation with Sebastian, store manager. Due to the negative interaction I will be leaving verizon. Have been a verizon loyalist for over 15 years.

Wow what management allows the sort of attitude seen at this store? The complete lack of responsibility for poor customer service both on the phone and in store is astounding. I hope corporate comes and reevaluates how stores are allowed to treat people and honor deals.
Management: please retrain Juan in particular, truly unacceptable attitude towards customers.

Nasty and awful atmosphere. Highly recommend going to other place for service beside here. I would give the manager here a reward for being the worst manager. Need to go back to school for manners

This store double charged me and sent me 2 phones when trying to buy 1 phone as an upgrade. Both the sales rep and the manager were extremely rude and unhelpful with the whole process refusing to refund the appropriate method of payment.

I wouldn't recommend this location, theres other options a few miles away. I needed to add 1 month of international plan, and they were confused, didn't understand Verizon plan policies, and couldn't help me. They gave me incorrect info and said to call the help line. The customer service phone number verified that the international plan is what I needed and not the travel pass. So I figured it out but not from their help.

Saul was so helpful. I came in with the top of my screen shattered. He laid out options for us and helped us look into their wi-fi as well.

I am about done with Verizon there customer service went to crap. Did a trade in for a iPad so took my old iPad into store. Sale man said wrong IMEI it was not wrong just missing some number because on Verizon site did not take all the number. Kid us sale man said you not done it online and come into for them to help me and make commission off my sale so lazy kid as sale man can make money. Very rude about it. He did not want left a finger to help me. So I had to call Verizon again to figure this all out. I would never shop in that store.

This location needs help. Don't work in a customer-facing job if you hate customers. I've been a Verizon customer for 17 years, and to walk into a store legitimately needing help with something that can only be handled at store level - and then be told it costs $30 to have an associate help me activate a warranty replacement phone. What would you say y'do here?
