We went to this location to pick up phones we order over the phone. The employees told us we didn’t have phones there to pick up and suggested we call customer service. They refused to help us locate the store where the newly purchased phones were located. They were rude, not helpful, and essentially told us to leave and figure everything out ourselves. I’d recommend using any Verizon store but this one. Rude and no concern for customer care.

Nothing can really be accomplished at this store. We drove out on a snowy day at the Orchard location but they were temporarily closed and detoured us here. We just wanted to return a defective gateway that was swapped with a new one and replace a defective WiFi extender. They instructed us to reach out to customer care to get a label and box because apparently the right hand doesn’t talk to the left hand. They do not have the extender in stock. Compared to Xfinity which was seamless to my experience, the process with Verizon is not efficient and needs improvement. I wish I never switched. These stores serves no purpose.

I had a terrible experience with Paige at the Broomfield Verizon store. Her rudeness and dismissive behavior left a negative impression. Paige didn't engage with us, avoiding eye contact during the conversation, scooting our phones back and forth without explanation and overall showing an unwillingness to assist w the process of porting over our phone lines from previous carrier. Customer service should be respectful, and unfortunately, this interaction did not meet those expectations. I hope improvements can be made in the future.

What a joke for "professionalism" and customer service. I had a guy named Saul (I believe it was): the guy literally had his earbuds in during his shift while "working" and supposedly assisting me. Instead of him doing anything helpful in person though...he had me call their customer support number (of which I got a girl in the Philippines, of course) and had to sit, in their own store, and be on the phone with their remote customer service -- for literally over 1 hour and 34 minutes. No, I'm not exaggerating: I have a screenshot of the call time and number before it ended. Heck, I'll even attach it to this review. Their support number is 611 from a Verizon network phone. At least the girl in the Philippines was vastly more helpful than the person who was literally in front of me in the store. When I put her on speaker to talk to him, he wouldn't even address her...as if he didn't care to hear what she had to say. At least from the person I got stuck with...their service is trash. Great job of representing your company, guy -- maybe next time have enough professionalism to take your earbuds out during your shift?

It's unfortunate if someone has had a less than surprisingly pleasant experience at this corporate store. If you are an online shopper and know what THE best deal is only go to store #468 in Broomfield. Get in / Get OUT smoothly with their inventory and staffing. Give my best to Paige if you are so lucky to have her help you!

Horrible customer service -- Thomas, the manager, lacks direction, education, and actual customer service skills.Went there to transfer my phone number from TMobile to Verizon on my partner/husband's account. The customer agent had a terrible attitude about transferring my phone number over to my partner's account (maybe he was also jealous I have a husband as a gay man), but I called my man to have him confirm the request. The individual said that I wasn't an authorized user, even tho I recited the account pin and had my husband (account owner) on the phone. Mind you, we can in not even three days ago to confirm the account request with a different worker. This time, this different individual had attitude, no customer service, and all could say was "it's corporate policy". When I asked to see said policy, no one could bring it up to me and I was told to "go search it online" by the manager. He even admitted "I don't know where the policy is", which is a part of his job to know this stuff. Not hard to know. The manager also said using a corporate phone number for transferring numbers is quicker than in person. Sounds like laziness to me.Wow-- the lack of management is astounding. Save yourself the trouble and avoid at all costs.UPDATE: I went to the store at 10398 Reed St. and was IMMEDIATELY helped. It is NOT against company policy to have confirmation over the phone for adding a user to an account. Trystan at the 10398 Reed St. location was able to text my partner and within seconds have confirmation from my husband. Tells me the 4680 120th Ave location is full of employees and managers who are lazy and only know how to sell product, not deliver customer service.

So i walked in today to switch from Google-Fi to verizon. I was very apprehensive because i have had customer service issues with verizon before. Today was no different. I have a completely unlocked google pixel phone that i have had verizon in the past on. The sales person seemed very clueless and mind you: rude from the beginning. She said the phone is locked by google-fi. She saw a sim in my phone that was from another carrier that could be tossed away and i saw her connecting the dots in her mind thinking that thats a Google Fi sim. Google Fi does not have sims. That was a travel sim that can be tossed. She got confused when she saw Fi sim in the settings, and the travel sim. She hands me back the the phone and says "its locked by google fi- have them unlock it and bring it back". I could have explained it to her but the dismissive attitude- i said to myself: i should have listened to my guts. I am happy to keep my google fi and just walked out. I could tell explaining this to her would not be value added because she seemed very sure of it ?

Every time you walk into a cell phone place you feel nervous you will be screwed out of your money and this was no different. It the worst experience I’ve ever had at one. No one acknowledged us when we walked in, in fact two workers were sitting in the corner watching movies on their phones while people wait to be helped. I was switching to Verizon to my husband’s plan. Absolute chaos from the start. They told us we could put me in his plan, and then mockingly told us later that his plan does not exist anymore. Guess what the new one is more expensive. A new employee helping us has no idea what he was doing (but he was trying!) and his supervisors were just standing by. We awkwardly stumbled through what should have been an easy switch. Still, I left without a functioning phone and had to drive all the way back, only to be helped by a young woman who was unbelievably rude. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I’m a nice person! I told her I was overwhelmed and needed help and she rolled her eyes at me. She treated my phone all rough, slapping the SIM card in and the case back on, not telling me that doing so would make my phone install the new update. I have been specifically avoiding this update. I asked her for more help and she said “How would I know that, you have to call AT&T.” It was frozen and wouldn’t complete the update unless on WIFI which they don’t have. Another guy told me to stand by the nearby yogurt shop and try to use their public WIFI. I was shocked. It was truly the most insane and stressful afternoon. Verizon lost us as a customer for sure. Wish I could give them negative stars. Do not go here.

We came to this Verizon for the past 5 years, and after today we will never come back again. We have a broken phone and asked for help looking into our plan as well as pricing to get a new phone, or what insurance would be. When asking for pricing one of the female workers replied “I’m not going to do that. I don’t have time to check how much something would be if you aren’t going to buy it.” This is after repeatedly being told that we shouldn’t trade in the phone because we’ll get a better deal later with the iPhone 15. I’m disappointed that customer service was that bad and we were talked to the way we were. Went to a Verizon store a few miles away and they happily helped us solve our problem and treated us with respect.

I was attempting to change from T-Mobile to Verizon today and I had the best customer service!!! The agent was knowledgeable, explained everything in detail however sadly I’m still stuck with the previous provider. As a customer I would always suggest to come in with a positive and kind attitude and you will be met with the same if not more. Thank you all. I’m looking forward to getting rid of T-Mobile and will return as soon as my 16 months are up to move directly to Verizon.
