This is an excellent Verizon store - don't let the low rating fool you. It's a company owned store, which means they are able and/or willing to do things that Franchise stores sometimes can't or won't.
I got exceptional service from Emilio: he straighted me out on some technical issues, applied a longevity discount I was eligible for, and even hooked me up with a technologically superior service plan, (which was even cheaper to boot!).
I could not be more satisfied, and – deep down – I'm fundamentally difficult to impress, because I spent a number of years as a retail employee, so, frankly, I know better than most people what it takes to be good at it.
Emilio is very good at his job, and I have no reason to believe any other employee at this store isn't such.

Nick helped me and he was nothing short of amazing! Thank you soooo much for all your help! After multiple unsuccessful phone attempts he helped me and fixed my issue in 10 minutes!

I had such an amazing experience with Daniel and Juan Pablo. Being able to switch services and get the best deal and plan for me and my family is important and they both were very helpful and did everything to walk me through the process. Thank you both for the exceptional customer service it is very much appreciated!!!!!

I wish the call filter I pay for on the phone I pay for would stop spam calls and keep them out of my voicemail. I dont have voicemail and cant answer any non-signal call because they are spam if I don't know them.

After having a bad experience at another Verizon branch I came here. Happily, I give my experience a five star review. The wait was long because they were busy but the staff was upfront and honest about everything. My rep Tobi went above and beyond giving me an excellent education on my options and helped evaluate the problem I was experiencing with my current phone. I feel confident in my decision to either upgrade my phone or swap it out for a new one. Thank you for turning my bad frustrating day around!!!

I've been having an issue with my billing. I have called customer service so many times, and I just got fed up, so I went to the store. Emilio was great at checking into my account, and while he could not actually fix the billing, he did call customer service on my behalf to get a resolution. Fingers crossed, that this time it sticks!

I know Verizon has a really, really bad rep for crap customer service, but this store goes above and beyond their usual horrible service. Rude, apathetic, and no concept of actually attempting to provide Service. Awful. I switched from Verizon years ago and am confident I made the right choice. If you have Verizon, my thoughts and prayers are with you.

I got a brand new phone a couple days ago and I broke my screensaver so I went into the store to get a new one first thing he did was be rude and told me to go to another store in the mall and then sold me a $70 screensaver and refused to put it on he said I'm the manager and I don't do that very uncomfortable place to go

Horrible customer service! There phone breaks they replaced the phone but are charging $30 to transfer the data. I was told to bring the phones in once I received the replacement and they would transfer the data without explaining the charge. Wasted my gas going there and all they can say is “That’s just how it is”. I will be canceling my service with Verizon after 19 years because that kind of customer service is not worth it.

Everyone at this store has been super helpful anytime I visit. This time around it was Nick who helped me with a new screen protector. Others have helped me in the past with a high level of professionalism. Been coming here for a few years now. This is my go to Verizon store. Deep gratitude for the quality service and support.

This Verizon is terrible. As I walked in I was ignored by all of the employees. They were clearly not busy as there was five of them and no one else in the store. I approached one and was met with rudeness. He did not care that I was there nor tried to show it. He was not helpful and lacked empathy and patience. He did not want to answer any of my questions, and treated me poorly. After, I went to a different Verizon just up the street and they were much more put togeather and kind!
