Awful greedy salesman at this location.Came in looking to add a new line and got pitched the new IPhone 15 max with a “Free” IPad upon upgrading your current phone. Not only did she lie but what god awful customer service she had. We had to listen to her and her coworkers practice Spanish for an hour while my phone transferred. When my phone was transferred and my transaction ran for $80.00 we kindly ask what colors they have available for the IPads. Her response “oh you want an IPad as well? It costs an extra $20.00 a month for the service but you get the iPad free”. Uhhh… this was not told to us at all. She calls us liars and says I am able to get a refund but only for a $50.00 convenience fee and I’m not getting my old phone back but instead I have “the option to buy a cheaper phone”. Wow… Laura is a greedy selfish salesman. Be carful you’re not getting a free IPad. PS. We don’t want to listen to you practice your Spanish with your coworkers. I was taken advantage.

Cameron and Daniel are excellent at their job. I had to take my grandparents phones in for an upgrade and right as I walked in I was greeted and immediately helped. They are both friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and helped with everything and more. Will be coming back soon!

Pablo was great to work with,was very honest and transparent, did not try to up sell us on anything we didn't need. Definitely the best customer service we've ever received from a Verizon Representative.

Dallas the Manager was extremely rude. He definitely doesn’t have the customer service to be a manager. Needs some training, or maybe just needs to be a nicer human being. One of the two. Paige however was super nice and helpful.

They were great, I was in and out in 10 minutes and fixed my phone fast for me as I was running g late for work. Over all this is my go to store now.

I had a great experience with Garrett and Omni yesterday upgrading my phone and also getting additional support for other issues I was having! These guys are amazing and so kind!!! Please tell them I said thank you and I will only come see them at this location moving forward!

Representatives cant explain discounts and plans at all. There confused trying to understand themselves now Im stuck with a 3yr payment plan. FU!

Update (4/28/23): Since I don't think I can leave a second review for one business from the same account, I had to average my star rating based on new developments. Unbeknownst to me, my credit report was accessed without my consent to check for eligibility for another device payment while I was in-store. I have no need for another device, and had I been asked if I was interested I would have declined. There was zero communication about a credit pull until I got an account letter notifying me of an adverse decision. I know my credit situation and had no doubt this would be the result, so I just wish I was given an explanation and an opportunity to decline prior to my credit being pulled. Original review (5-stars): After a massive mixup made by the national account support team, I went in to this location to see if they could straighten things out. Long story short, I had closed down a Verizon Business account and switched to a personal plan but my credit balance refund check had the now-defunct business name on it, so my bank wouldn't let me deposit the refund. Cameron (a sales specialist) and the manager Derek at this location were able to figure out a way to convert the unusable check into a credit for my new account. Amazing customer service! I had spent a month calling customer care only to get the runaround every time and this took all of 15 minutes! I wish I had gone in sooner.

I was trying to trade in 2 of my phones. One of my 2 trade ins was not working so I went into this store. They literally stole the phone we were trying to trade in. They printed a shipping label for it in store, it got sent back to Verizon and was delivered but we never got our phone credit off our new phone. The manager Brenda tried to fix this but eventually just gave up. So not only are we now being charged full price for a new phone that was supposed to be free, but they also are keeping our “old” trade in phone that was a pretty new iPhone and worth at least 500$. I can’t believe such a large company has such incompetent employees and fraudulent business practices. Worst store and company.——thank you for the reply- I filled out the request- if the issue is resolved I will remove this negative review— filled out request suggested below and Verizon never got back with me

Rude, argumentative and completely unhelpful. Went in to ask for help with phone, explained symptom, was told it wasn't possible and I was causing issue with touch screen. Girl was very rude, even making a face at me. Verizon, you give me no reason to stay with your company, lots of carrier choice!UPDATE: you could start by telling me which store I can walk in to that would help with my question since I am still having the issue they said was impossible, with a smerk. Also like to know if these many issues of rudeness reported for this store are ever addressed with the staff.
