The eye exam- all but 39$ was covered by Medicaid. But not the glasses which came to $595.00. That was for 2 pair, 1 sunglasses and 1 clear pair. Thankfully I didn't have that in my account so I paid the 39. And went home with my prescription and then after asking around I came across Zenni optical and paid $65. And I got 1 pair that are clear until I go in the sun and they change. That's so much better then having 2 pair.
I got great Customer Service from everyone I talked to though so that's why I gave 3 stars. I would give 5 just for the people. They were great !

Very disappointed in the product available.....I have for years wore magnetic clip on sunglasses so never thought there would be issue in getting them. Well they had no clue what I was talking about nor did they even offer to look into it......we left and will never go back!!!

I’ve been coming to this location as long as I can remember, and we continued coming here even when we moved to south Denver. I’ve always appreciated the transparency and how well the staff works to ensure you not only get absolutely perfect care, but also end up with glasses or contacts you like, that work well for you, and suit your needs specifically. We went to another Visionworks at one point when we first moved down south, and the care was so different we decided never again and to stick with this location. If you’re looking for personalized care with staff that actually listen and work with you on solutions, this is the spot for you.

Just left my annual exam. Phenomenal service from beginning to end. I came in with a b1g1 50% off deal, and they applied an even better deal saving me hundreds. They were really busy, and yet everyone was personable and took their time with you. I appreciated their patience and how friendly everyone was. Absolutely best experience getting the exam scheduled and completed. An associate was available to help with glasses selection and perfectly answered my questions. All of the staff and Dr. were attentive to my needs.

I had some problems with my glasses and every time I came in for an adjustment, Destiny at the 92nd and Sheridan store helped me. She was so nice and helpful. I went in yesterday because they were just not working. She helped me again and picked out a few wire rimmed glasses. They were perfect. She deserves recognition for helpful and knowledgeable support to me.

Everything about my visit was perfect. Staff were awesome. Variety of frames was excellent. Eye exam was quick but effective.

I had new lenses made, and the metal frame came back dented. The frames were brand new, and they couldn't fix it. I will not be using them in the future.
