Truly, one of the best Walgreens Pharmacy Locations in Colorado. Sincerely THANK YOU to, Josh, Dawn, Daniel, and the entire team for all you do.

Don’t waste your time here with the pharmacy. I waited in line for 15 plus minutes twice today and never got my prescriptions. I’ll have to go back eventually to get it but after that I’m happy to switch to Walmart pharmacy.

Update: they’ve seemingly figured out the pharmacy. After waiting 3 plus hours in line to get my prescriptions for months, I’m done. I tried to call and speak with the manager to see if this is temporary and he could not have been more rude. He told me to take my Rx somewhere else.

Terrible. Says open till 10, but the pharmacy closes at 7:00 and no way to get meds. It was 8:50 pm. Trying to find another Walgreens open later and asked the employee for their address so that I could tell the other pharmacy where I was for directions. The employee did not even know the address of the store where we were.

I’m struggling financially right now. I am self employed and lost a valuable client this year. With the holidays, my finances have been stretched to the limits but I’ve been careful and almost finished the day proud of myself for making ends meet. My last stop was Walgreens for over the counter meds. I went from having Covid straight into having a horrible stomach bug. I work with people with dementia. They’ve been hit hard, so I’ve been hit hard. I meant to use my credit card to pay for the meds. I was so tired and feeling so poorly that I used my debit card from my checking acct which had only exactly enough money for my car insurance due in a few days. I panicked. I’m like most people. I don’t want the drama of a big to-do while shopping. I almost walked out and let it go but it was too important that I have the right amt of money in my checking for my car insurance. So I asked the clerk to refund my debit card so that I could pay using my credit card. I told the clerk she could help the other customers first. I told her this several times. She declined and began with the refund. Although it was only 8:00, there was only one register open. There were at least 3 staff in the store: the clerk, the manager, and a third staff. Not once, during the following situation, did any of them think to open another register. The clerk had over an inch long claw shaped nails and had difficulty with the register keys, so the process was very slow. A line formed. When the clerk finished the refund, I noticed she refunded me less than I paid and did not refund my debit card, but gave me cash. The cash means an extra trip to the bank. I sucked that up but I was insistent upon being refunded the correct amt. So the clerk called the shift manager who offered the following guesses as to why I wasn’t refunded the full amt: Walgreens doesn’t refund tax; every credit card charges a credit card fee and Walgreens doesn’t refund the credit card fee, and an equally absurd third guess that I can’t remember. WHAT?! It was like an SNL bit only SO NOT funny. It was so absurd it was more like a caricature than reality. The woman in line behind me began berating me for holding up the line. The manager stood there with a smug look on her face as though she were delighted that she was subjecting me to ridicule from another customer. This was NOT caring customer svc. This was belligerent bullying. Caring customer svc would have been ANY of the following options: the manager could have quietly pulled me to another register and tried to resolve my issue; she could have asked the 2 clerks, who were standing around clearly enjoying the drama, to open another register to help the other guests. There was ZERO attempt to take care of me or any of the customers, just a clear desire to be belligerent and create as much drama as possible all because I’m was an ‘annoying’ customer who asked for too much by simply asking to be refunded the amt I’d paid.

Josh, the pharmacist here, is exceptional. He always is smiling, patient, and thoughtful. My granddaughter and I have had a variety of health issues this year and he consistently is helpful and kind. He is extremely busy but always takes the time to answer questions. I have never felt rushed. I hope the powers that be recognize his professionalism and value.

Pharmacy worker sneezing, not covering mouth. Other pharmacy worker not speaking up at all when I asked her 3 times. She spoke so softly I couldn't hear a thing. And why does it take so very long to look at my record when barely anything is in it? I was only there for a vaccine, I do not get prescriptions there. I just wonder what they're looking at for so dang long. Always a frustrating place.

Incompetent. They do not check medications. They do partial work. They do not listen as one tech ran my card 3 times after I asked her not to. Medications were never delivered and they refuse to help with FedEx. Chances are high they may kill you here.

Had an appointment for some shots and received 3 emails and two texts reminding us of the appointment. Showed up and the pharmacy is temporarily closed?! No email, no phone call, or text for that. Thank you for wasting our time.

What a mess this pharmacy is! I scheduled an appointment for vaccines and filled out all info and disclosures online. I was instructed to arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment and did. I had to answer all the same stuff as online at check-in, which was after waiting in a line 8+ deep. An hour later, someone comes out to ask me to fill out the same paperwork again and walks away with the pen. I tell him that I did not schedule a flu shot as indicated on the new paperwork. Another 10+ minutes the guys comes out stating he found my paperwork (after I am done with the new form). Meanwhile, the place is a zoo with constant traffic and lines inside and at drive-through. Finally, it's my turn. Pharmacist walks by me expecting me to follow to "a privacy room" where the door is never closed. I ask to make sure we have the right shots given the chaos. He scowls and proceeds to give me the most painful vaccine shot ever. He is about to give me the other shot and thankfully finally looks closely and notices it's the wrong shot! He leaves me with my arm dripping some blood (literally). Comes back apologetic (finally) and hopefully injects me with the right second shot. Walgreens, get your staff some help and don't over-book. Greedy! All told 1 1/2 hours for the shot. There was a guy waiting for his prescription when I arrived, and he was still there when I left.

Pharmacy literally is closed 50% of the time during open hours. This is not ok. Lives depend on it. They put a closed sign in the window and leave. I'm going to report malpractice

This pharmacy is the worst one I've been to. Told they had multiple prescriptions for me but they couldn't find a few of them. Then told to come back in 30 minutes because they are "too busy" when they had one car in line and they were standing around. Also very rude. I called today to see if my prescription would be ready they said two of them had not even be filled! Go somewhere else seriously.

My boyfriend tried to pick up his insulin needles And the pharmacy accused him of taking steroids. God forbid you workout, don't come here. They should all be fired immediately.
