I went in through the pharmacy doors on 2/25 at 9:45 am with my service dog and the front door guy was sitting in his chair telling me that I couldn't go in with my service dog. I am disabled and my dog has all the necessary badges and vest on but this guy wouldn't let us in. Rather than argue with him or talk to the store manager Dennis I just left. I've lived in Westminster for 50 years and this walmart has never been a problem. I went up the street to Broomfield and was welcomed in with a smile. Never going to this Walmart on 93rd ever again.

It's an older Walmart so not quite as large as other ones but generally has everything you go to Walmart for

The greeter/ receipt checker by the grocery section is always so nice and friendly. She does a great job!
And today, a team lead was randomly giving cookies to customers. It was awesome 😆 Can’t say they do it often but it was a fun surprise.

This store doesn't even abide by basic ada disability laws, apparently the manager has instructed the door greeters to label all services animals as just regular dogs that are not allowed and tell customers to leave, very rudely. I was practically spit on by Joshua as he accosted me verbally as I walked in the door. Walmart corporate should investigate the decisions being made here because I literally dropped my cart and decided to buy nothing except one thing and I left.

I recently encountered a distressing experience at this Walmart store, which has led me to question their commitment to customer satisfaction. As a subscriber to their scan and go service, for which I pay $100 per year, I expect a seamless shopping experience. However, today I was subjected to racial profiling by an older lady with gray hair, who falsely claimed that she was instructed to audit my purchase. This contradicts my previous experiences with the service, where the screen would prompt me to wait for an associate to scan a few random items. Today, the screen displayed a 'thank you for payment' message, and the associate thoroughly inspected both my bags. Upon contacting the store, I spoke with a female representative who claimed to be the manager, although the store's entrance lists Dennis as the manager. I am uncertain whether any action will be taken, and as a result, I will be taking my business elsewhere to avoid future instances of racial profiling.

Did a pickup order and they consistently fill my orders correctly! My only complaint is that it takes 10-20min for them to come out to put your groceries in your trunk.

I watched a Walmart representative completely being disrespectful and discriminating on a couple with disabilities they clearly had a service dog, the dog was well displayed service dog. The Walmart representative stock them in the store and was screaming no pets. After the shopping lady said to the representative the dog was a service dog you all are being rude to us, the shopping lady also said the Walmart representative was the 2nd one to yell at them and are harassing them. The Walmart representative said I can ask you to leave. OMG Walmart is in violation of the ADA and that couples rights, I will not be shopping at this Walmart when they think it okay to remove a service dog!

Some self registers are now open, make sure when you use Walmart pay you add any gift cards in your Walmart app to how to pay before paying or you have to start the process all over

When I go to self checkout to pay for my things the girl working there comes over and scans the barcode on my pin pad and I'm not sure why but it's sketchy and I don't like it.

Why does it take Walmart so long to hire people it's honestly ridiculous when half of their products are open it's not like they're that expensive but for the customer service and everything else it's kind of awful higher good people that want to work there and stop making it a problem maybe your products would be good as Target I could shop at Target with self-checkout you know why because their products are valuable and they're not open.
And the customer service is wonderful even if there is self checkout
