Walnut Creek Golf Preserve is a favorite public golf course in Westminster. The course is known for being in excellent and great shape, with rolling fairways and greens in good condition. It offers a challenging, open links-style play with tall grass and fun shots. The back nine features some real challenges. The area can be noisy with a lot going on, including planes. The staff is very accommodating, kind, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The facility is dog friendly. Good food is available at the bar, including a good breakfast burrito, and drinks are supplied on the course. It is a great place for fall golf with beautiful sunsets.
First time out on the course. Had a fantastic experience, staff was knowledgeable and friendly, course was in great shape especially for how dry CO has been. Huge shoutout to Michelle on the cart beverages, very attentive, and running the show by herself on what seemed like a very busy Sunday.
