The most unprofessional customer service ever seen business banker! I been with Wells Fargo for over 10 years after this moving my bank somewhere else. Highly recommend it to avoid this place. This place doesn't even worth one star.

Great customer service. Called into make an appointment with a banker. And the gentleman who answered the phone walked me through the whole process using the mobile app. I would have never figured out what I needed to do without this help. Thanks so much. Also all you one star carols need to lighten up and realize things are different right now and you have to adjust.

Could you please answer your phone... or let me in the bank. Not everything can be done online. Your Security policy's are just stupid if you can not help or speak with clients. Good customer service is not achievable at Wells Fargo Bank. I guess I need to find a new bank.

I'm switching banks after ~24 years of banking with them. Wells Fargo now requires an appointment due to COVID-19 except there was no one at the branch to pick up phone after 3 calls over a 30 minute period. Went anyway because of a time sensitive transaction that needed to be completed. Due to an issue with my license (delayed renewal because of COVID-19), which could have been discussed via phone along with making the appointment, I could not complete the transaction. At ~2:45 PM, the next appointment was at 9 AM the following day. Called Customer Service (# on the back of my card) and among other things, wanted to disuses branch concerns After a ~15 minute wait on hold, I was told that they would transfer me to Customer Care to discuss branch concerns. Customer Service told me that I should try to complete the transaction online but there are restrictions via online which require going into a branch to have those restrictions removed. I spent about an hour out of my business day to accomplish nothing. While Wells Fargo tells me that they respect my time, their actions above indicate to me something different.

I don't even know where to start. But to make a long story short I suggest you never go to ANY Wells Fargo Bank or on line to open an IRA account with this bank. They know nothing about how transfers work or where your paperwork is at anytime. Each customer service rep will tell you something just to pass you onto another employee somewhere in 1-800 who knows where land. Don't expect your money to make anything as they sit on your money for over 2 months (so far for me). It took me an entire month for them to get my account funded and then it didn't even have the necessary tools I needed to invest. So now I am working on the part 2, taking over 1 more month to transfer it to the (1st BANK) I should have gone to in the first place.

Went to the 136th ave branch yesterday to rquest my rmd. Had to fax a form. Joseph Peterson assisted me. NOT He said they no longer fax docs for their clients but would do it this one time. Then he refused to let me know if the fax to another wells office was successful. He told me to call them. Joseph should be fired for lack of customer service. This is the worse wells branch I have ever been in. I am a wells investor but perhaps not much longer .

This location was amazingly friendly and tried to help me out, but WELLS FARGO CORPORATE policy prevented me from completing my transaction. WELLS FARGO CORPORATE will not allow me to close my account until the 6th of the month. Really? There is something seriously wrong with a company that wants to be the caretaker of my hard earned money, but only if it fits their backoffice schedule. Good luck recovering your reputation as your policies are AWFUL. DO NOT BANK WITH WELLS FARGO EVER!

It took a hour to open up a checking account for my daughter. Not only was the agent slow but incompetent. I guess if their agents aren't needlessly attaching fees and services to their customers, then they don't know how to do do the basic banking tasks.

Terrible attitude from employee and manager. Needed to get a document notarized and they said they don't notarize that specific document I had. Their explanation made no sense as they do notarize all documents at other locations. Lazy branch. Drive to another location

I go to this Wells Fargo Bank at least once a month to pay my landlord and am always greeted the moment I step inside. I've never seen a line longer than 4 or so people and the tellers are very kind. The building does not have very many visually appealing factors from the outside as it is based on the outskirts of a Walmart parking lot. (Then again I don't necessarily go to my bank when I'm in the mood to appease my need of fine art and scenery.) However the inside is welcoming and far cleaner than the house I'm renting, so what more could I possibly ask for. If you do happen to take your dates to Wells Fargo for the view (or after your card was declined during that fancy 5 star dinner at The Omni), have peace of mind knowing that a more affordable Long John Silvers is located within a stones throwing distance from the building. This means minimal waddles your date has to achieve to fulfill her sudden need to intake "energy" (again) that will pass the unfortunate limitations her so called "Gluten Allergy" sets. In all seriousness, I've never done a review before but seeing as to how this Bank only had 3 reviews from 3 or more years ago... I figured they deserved a new one. They have an amazingly friendly staff, do their jobs well/efficiently and with a smile. So pay no mind to these terrible reviews from years ago. If you're lucky, you might just catch me... on my next date.

Horrible customer service. They want you to covert to their bank yet in the next breath they charged me a few to cash a refund on my mortgage with them. The check was from their bank why do I have to pay a fee...oh wait it blackmail to get me to open an account with them. Then when I complained they said sorry there's nothing we can do for you.

Customer service is terrible. There's nothing else you can rate a bank on, can you? They have zero desire to make you feel like a valuable customer.

As newlyweds my new bride and I received multiple checks made out to both of us. We each endorsed the back and went into the branch to cash or deposit the checks. We were ultimately refused service because we do not have a joint account there, but each have our separate accounts. Mind you I have a savings and checking account which more than covered three times the amount of money the checks were for. Another branch was more than happy to accommodate us and even congratulated us on our special occasion. More recently, again due to an insurance refund a check was made out to the both of us, again we each endorsed the back of the check and I presented the check to the teller, who refused to deposit or cash the check. My pregnant wife was in the car with our sleeping toddler and their parking lot had not been salted, so that and the walkway was a sheet of ice. I had to bring them into the store, at that point they refused us service because we complained about the inconsideration. A direct quote from the customer service manager Lexi "I am doing you a service by taking care of this check" I replied, actually I am doing you a service by allowing you to handle my money and accounts. At this point we were refused service, however she stated that she would be happy to help us close all of our accounts. This is the worst branch of any bank I have ever encountered. They are power hungry and have zero customer service priority. I hope to see this branch closed in the near future as I'm certain we are not the only ones encountering this issue.

This is a smaller branch. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 30 years. I have been to many offices throughout the years, and this one is Number One! The folks here are always very friendly. They always greet you when you come in with a smile. I just think they try hard to earn your business. The line is never ever long.
