The management at this location does not hold any of their bankers to the same standards nor do they seem to hold anyone accountable for anything. A few days ago I used my expired ID to access my bank account today I came in and they tried to tell me that they literally cannot access my account with an expired ID which i knew was a lie because I had just accessed my account two days prior. So not only are they not holding their bankers to the same standards they blatantly disrespect you and lie to your face. It's extremely frustrating and inconvenient. And instead of saying oh I will talk to my bankers about it so this don't happen again the management here wanted me to remember specifically who helped me by name as if I physically go to the bank daily. I am not frustrated with the bankers I'm frustrated with management who lies to your face and carry themselves as if it truly don't matter. Everytime I have any issues that require me to physically come to this bank because it IS the closest one it just causes me more issues and the root cause of THOSE issues is the management at THIS location not properly training their bankers or giving them the correct information so that they then can give people like me correct information.

I wish they were open later like 10-6 or something. It's impossible to do anything because if you try to take off slightly early from your 9-5 job and get there they'll just tell you they don't have enough time to do anything by the time you slog through traffic to get there. Which sure, close at closing time, but I've closed and opened accounts with you before and I KNOW it doesn't take that long. Also even if you're just going to the window it's ALREADY CLOSED BEFORE CLOSING. Like when do you guys expect people to show up? 12pm sharp on a Tuesday? And if you go in on a Saturday they're Busy or they Don't Have An Account person. I sometimes wonder if WF only retains customers because it's so difficult to leave.....

You cannot get in touch with these employees. I can literally call all day and no one will pickup. I had to call 7 Wells Fargo’s yesterday just to get an answer to a question. Am going to be switching banks shortly.

Nothing but problems from this branch, the woman helping me was friendly, wish the heavy set gentleman was distracted a little bit longer with lunch options. Continued saying my temporary driver’s license was not a valid form of ID, called the DMV to verify it was in fact valid. Went down the street to the other Wells Fargo branch and had no issues. Horrendous customer service on quite a few occasions. Avoid this branch at all costs. Unless you bring a cheese burger to distract the fatty.

I booked an appointment to open a bank account. The lady told me my last name is too long, I have two last names, and there’s nothing they can do about it. I felt very ignored and like they didn’t want to be helpful at all. Maybe it’s time you bring your systems to the 21st century and realize people have long names these days.

The dynamic of banking and customer service has really changed. We walked in with ten minutes to spare but couldn’t open a checking account because they were closing. I’ve been in banking long enough to know that you could always stay after hours to help the customer who probably left work early to bring their child in on their day off to get an account opened. Maybe you should change your rules a bit or maybe they’re no longer mandating sales goals so getting my business doesn’t matter. “Courtesy” was your word from Henry Wells and you portray it on your walls but maybe you should practice it.

A good neighbor would never keep their property like this. Hey, WellsFargo, how about some respect for the community in which your customers live. Please put some water on the lawn and clean up the weeds. The surrounding businesses do it.
