Nothing but problems from this branch, the woman helping me was friendly, wish the heavy set gentleman was distracted a little bit longer with lunch options. Continued saying my temporary driver’s license was not a valid form of ID, called the DMV to verify it was in fact valid. Went down the street to the other Wells Fargo branch and had no issues. Horrendous customer service on quite a few occasions. Avoid this branch at all costs. Unless you bring a cheese burger to distract the fatty.

I booked an appointment to open a bank account. The lady told me my last name is too long, I have two last names, and there’s nothing they can do about it. I felt very ignored and like they didn’t want to be helpful at all. Maybe it’s time you bring your systems to the 21st century and realize people have long names these days.

The dynamic of banking and customer service has really changed. We walked in with ten minutes to spare but couldn’t open a checking account because they were closing. I’ve been in banking long enough to know that you could always stay after hours to help the customer who probably left work early to bring their child in on their day off to get an account opened. Maybe you should change your rules a bit or maybe they’re no longer mandating sales goals so getting my business doesn’t matter. “Courtesy” was your word from Henry Wells and you portray it on your walls but maybe you should practice it.

A good neighbor would never keep their property like this. Hey, WellsFargo, how about some respect for the community in which your customers live. Please put some water on the lawn and clean up the weeds. The surrounding businesses do it.

Yesterday I stopped by this branch @ 2PM to speak to one of the account specialists, but I was told they are all busy for the rest of the day.So I went to another WF branch and it took them only 15 min to take care of my request.

I just love coming to this location and having to wait. I have a corporate account and I constantly have to wait in the commercial line for 10-15 mins each time I come by. You must have a practice of getting all the non commercial lines done first because those people are in and out but not the commercial lane. I’ve asked numerous times why they help the other people not in the commercial lane first when i pulled up ahead of all of them. Then I come inside during COVID and you’ve got two tellers on a Friday afternoon. Working as slow as can be.Edit: this awesome location is now closed on saturdays and doesn’t open the drive thru at all. If business is that bad and you can’t hire or retain employees just shut this location down already.

*UPDATE, WELLS FARGO RESPONDED TO ME BY EMAIL AND TOLD ME TO OPEN AN INVESTIGATION AGAIN AND CALL THEIR CLAIMS NUMBER. AFTER TELLING THEM I DID THAT 6 TIMES LOL. WHAT A CROCK OF SHI** *NOTE MY ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED* Wells fargo is the worst bank in the world. Wells fargo's customer makes me sick to my stomach. I made a transaction for $1000+ and canceled it the same day. Seconds after doing it. I gave Wells Fargo the transaction number and reference number of cancelation from the company. I opened 6 different 'investigations' over 8 months and gave them this information over and over. Wells fargo proceeded to call me a liar and closed every case without giving me my money back. Everytime I went into a bank location, zero help from the managers/employees. *Arms up in the air* "sorry, call the number." ??? I canceled a transaction, the money goes back to my account. It says that on the screen of whatever you're on "money will go back within 7-10 business days." An air-headed manager at wells fargo told me that because wells fargo doesn't have a relationship with a certain company I should use companies wells fargo had a relationship with...? Wells Fargo deals with any company, it's money. The way I've been turned away in their locations, and on their special phone number is complete garbage. Not one person I've spoken to on the phone or in their banks has any brains or customer service skills. I'm still out $1000+ that's mine; I have the reference number of cancelation. It's such an easy fix. A transaction was canceled, give the money back to the customer. Wells fargo continues to hold my money hostage and call me a liar. We are in a 'pandemic', they make you wear masks in their store. But for my situation, while many are struggling, they're robbing me of my money and offering ZERO help. Worst bank ever.

Although the corporate portion Wells Fargo is shady. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Desarae and the other manager, whose name I forget, sorry.

Most telling: when I decided to close my accounts here, the banker didn't even question why or try to get me to stay. A convenient location and relatively hassle-free process for closing accounts are the pros.
