I had a great experience with Urja. She greeted me at the door and was able to help me with my banking needs, even without an appointment. She held great conversation and had a positive outlook on life. I wish all bankers were like Urja.

Worst branch ever. Avoid at all costs. Go to the one in Broomfield if possible. We have multiple accounts there and have had the absolute worst service at this branch. They are very lazy.

I give it one star because zero I not an option. I've had a business account with wells fargo for 4 years never gave them a bad check now they decide to put one of my deposited checks on an extended hold. I was told over the phone to get proof from us bank that the check I deposited was good, so I did now wells fargo is saying they can't do anything about the hold until 10 days have passed . I have employees to pay and other bills. My bosses bank account shows the money was withdrawn out of his account within a few minutes of me depositing yet wells fargo will not let me access my money.

I was across the street getting a coffee and looked over and saw Wells Fargo's lawn guy urinating behind his company truck thT was sitting in the drive thru. The bank was closed as the time. The time and date was June 18th, 2024 at 5:15pm. This is vey unacceptable.
They should be fired immediately!!!!

By far the worst experience I have had in any financial institution. S single teller inside at 4:00 in the afternoon is appalling. Then to wait thirty minutes for them to verify a checks validity from the State of Colorado is beyond understanding.

Have to say I’ve not worked so hard to give my business to a bank before. Looking to change banks and I have now called this local branch 4 times yesterday with no pick up, went on line and can’t open an account there, called there 800 number and was told via an automated message to go to a local branch office. Now sitting in the parking lot after walking into the branch that wasn’t busy but was told there is no one available to help me. Wanted me to go to another branch. Is this really how Wells Fargo looks to conduct business?

Tried to call the branch to find out if there was a notary available. No one answered the phone. My fiance and I went to the branch and waited in line to find out that the notary just went to lunch and an employee
advised us to wait the 25 minutes until they got back. I didn't want to spend my day off waiting at the bank. To my pleasant surprise, Swati noticed us waiting for awhile and said she could notarize our documents for us. I'm happy for the great customer service she provided.
