Pharmacy is closed for multiple days randomly, you get told they will open next day and they don't. I had to call back multiple times because the pharmacy staff keeps hanging up on me. Meanwhile my child is out of their antibiotics. Horrible.

Not my closest Walgreens but it gets the job done. I will say I've never picked up meds here but looking at every other review. Maybe reconsider before setting this as your home pharmacy location. I think most Walgreens customers just pop in and out. Don't think I've ever seen one absolutely slammed with customers though. This location has a pharmacy with a drive through and a photo center. Right off of Federal and 72nd with easy access to highway 36 too. Small fragrance section. You can buy the usual over the counter medicines as a Target, Safeway, or King Soopers. You could do a full grocery shop here but that would probably cost you a second mortgage. If you want to grab an ice cream, bag of sour patch kids, or a red bull this is a reasonable option for sure.Christmas or birthday cards? Check. Toys for kids? Check. Toys for pets AND treats? Check and check. A regular one stop shop where you can even get a passport photo taken. Film developed. All similar locations offer Covid testing via the drive through so I assume this location is the same. Other locations offer rapid and PCR testing and you can register online the same as you would for in person vaccines. I didn't see much here when I was looking for vaccinations or boosters but as I mentioned before I have several other Walgreens closer so I tend to frequent those locations first. If this is your local Walgreens hooray. A Walmart was across the street with a pharmacy but has since closed. The same for the local Safeway. Most reviews mention snooty staff and untrained cashiers with an attitude. Unfortunately you don't have a lot of competition in the area. Across 72nd and Sheridan you can find a Walmart with a pharmacy ad well as an urgent care. If you're walking or taking this bus this is a good option though. Just be ready to wait a bit depending on their staffing for that day.

I too am hurt, disappointed and disrespected with no professionalism what so ever towards their customers. Their excuse was WE ARE SHORT STAFF!! Now I know why, they treat their customers badly imagine the employees . I wouldn't even give them not one star at all if I had that choice! The sad part is this has never happened to me in the past before COVID and now I had to experience bad attitude and bad customer service. In the area where you order your photos on line and pick them up later that same day. I did that and was told my canvas photos would be ready for pick up at 2:30pm get there at 3pm to give them time just in case they weren't. To my luck they weren't and me the nice person that I am said ok I will come back later. I came back at 7:30pm and still nothing they weren't even started!! So, I had to wait till 10:00 at night till Susan could do them while also checking out customers up front and no teamwork from her coworkers or store manager. Then Susan said you can call 1-800-Walgreens and complaint and I said ok thanks and she also gave me the names for the store manager I spoke to at 3pm and the store manager Wyndy at closing time. Then Susan turns on me and gets mad at me for complaining like really, are you serious and I said I thought you were on my side since you suggested I call and complain and gave me all their names . Till this day I said I would never go back and haven't gone back for sh..! I have told friends and family not to go there so they too won't get treated the same crappy way I did and for no reason, just for waiting till 10:00 at night so they can get my canvas pictures done!! I didn't want to leave them, but I did come close to waking out!!

Don't waste your time coming here. Sign on the door says Cash ONLY and if you step inside EVERYTHING is out of stock. Shelves are empty. How is this place still open

Hurt. Disappointed & disrespected. We went in there looking for a Covid test. The store employee told us that they were sold out. My mom went in there right after we did and they sold her a test. I go back in & asked why she was sold one and we weren't. The employee said that she was following protocol. After discussing why I thought it was unfair she calls all the store employees and management and everyone comes out. They start yelling at us. The manager didn't have a mask on or any Walgreens identification. She then proceeded to call my mother a b**** & told us to get the f*** out. I've never experienced this type of treatment.

The pharmacy of this Walgreens store on Federal Blvd. is running while behind the scheduled time for prescriptions due to under-staffing or bad organization. It constantly creates a line and unsafe environment. However, nobody from the staff cares about that. A woman on the line was loudly sneezing multiple times without any concern for the safety of other people on same line. For a prescription with only two items, I was told to come in 35 minutes. It was ready in an hour. If you want to stay safe during COVID-19 and spend less time in the store - look around for another store.

It's impossible to try and get any information from their automated answering. I needed to speak with a live person...all I got was "what do you want to talk about" I got nowhere...now I must drive down there to see if they have what I am looking for...!

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever dealt with. "Madelina" has not once, not twice but three times lied to me about filling my prescription. She will say "an hour" 3 hours go by and when I called again she goes "I ran out of the medication" If this is the case, you need to tell the patients depending on your service the situation. I once showed up for my prescription and upon learning she did not fill it I told her I needed my medication. She gave the pouty lip. After this refill I will never, ever come back here and she is the main reason for that. I need professionalism when dealing with things like my healthcare needs. This Walgreens does not have it.

The manager was extremely rude to me. I sent in a photo and they tried to tell me it was copyright. I told them it was my car and the picture was taken by a friend but they insisted it was and made me show them the picture on my Facebook as proof. I tried explaining to them that it was my boyfriend's birthday and I was just trying to get home but they wouldn't stop with claiming it was copyright. Huge waste of time and money.

I have been going to this place for a couple of years now since we moved into the area. Never fails to consistently disappoint me everytime I have to pick up my prescriptions. Never ready on time and they send out texts saying that my prescriptions are ready for pick up but everytime I go to pick them up they are not only not ready, they haven't even started on them. It's my fault for continuing to go there and if I could do it all over again I never would have started going here in the first place. The pharmacist and their co-workers are always rude and uneducated. I strongly recommend not going here for your prescriptions. Dont make the same mistake I did

Absolutely THE WORST pharmacy and customer service I've ever experienced. I should preface this by saying it is exclusively this location. I've given them multiple opportunities- thinking maybe they were just having an "off" day. Most recently, I waited over 24 hours to attempt to pick up my prescription... wasn't ready. Then called at 9am the following day when it still wasn't ready and he ensured me he would get it ready within an hour. When I arrived at 5pm to pick up, it still wasn't ready. Took 45 minutes to fill. When it was finally ready- there were 3 cars In line and it took over 30min to get through the line! Because this has happened multiple times and the Prescriptions are for 30 days, I am now almost a week behind from when my doctor actually puts it through, because it takes them days to fill. On top of this, the whole staff is extremely rude! They are saying it is because another pharmacy recently closed nearby, however it has been like this for months! Don't waste your time, and when I say time I mean literal days and hours! Just go to a pharmacy that's a little further away that will fill your prescription within a timely manner and actually Treat you like a person.

People are really petty on reviews. This location has some of the nicest people working there, especially in the pharmacy. They have helped me numerous times, even come out and helped me search shelves etc. They have always been honest and done their best. The cashiers are somewhat slow, but they are friendly. If you are in a hurry try going to a busy 7-11 and you can see a line. Walgreens caters to people who aren't in a hurry so if you are go somewhere fast is my advice. Otherwise, I really like this location and they have a lot of food products when I'm on my way home and just need to get one or two things. Faster than Safeway and I don't like King Soopers too crowded and busy. I like this walgreens location, it certainly isn't perfect but I get great service here in general. the Pro's very much outweigh the cons in this case. How often do you get friendly cashiers? Here I do very consistently. My only really complaint is their magazine section doesn't have much in camping, backpacking, hunting etc. Used to but it changed.

If you are prescribed a pain medication regardless of the reason you're prescribed it (I.E. root canal, chronic pain, recovering from surgery) they treat you like a drug addict as soon as you show them the paper. Instead of doing their job, they try to find any way/reason to not fill it, I'm sure they are trained to do so. I understand there's an opiate epidemic in this country, but the actual percentage of people (in this state anyway) that abuse opiates, who have any kind of narcotic prescription is very low. It's unprofessional to treat people like this and the reason a person is prescribed any medication is none of their business.
