I had a great experience here. They were quick to get to me as a customer, and the guy that set everything up was professional and friendly. Wait time was probably 10-15 minutes. We were out in half an hour to set up new service. Highly recommend!

Awful service. No one knows why there’s a random outage all weekend. Paying for over priced internet without getting the service. This company is trash and deserves to go bankrupt.

Just a really terrible miserable experience, and they enjoyed delivering that experience..I do not recommend and I was a diamond preferred 30 year customer, and they treated me like crap.

I’ve been with Xfinity for a while for both internet and mobile. I’ve always loved the service and the friendly people that work with the company and present it well. Ray at the Westminster location really helped me and was able to help me upgrade both my iPhone and my Apple Watch. Made the process so easy and quick. Very friendly and outgoing. Travis was also a very big help and communicated very well with me and they were both very detailed with everything they did. Very much recommend!! Ray and Travis are great!

I’ve had nothing but excellent and friendly service here. I’m not a fan of dealing with Xfinity over the phone or in chat; but this location has been nothing but great to do business with when I go in person.
