Probably the best customer service I’ve had walking into an xfinity, both times for this location. Both guys were extremely helpful, I’m upset I forgot the other guys name who helped out before but Daniel today was awesome. Thanks, man!

They suddenly shut off m service with no warning, Said I owed a bunch, wouldn't let me pay with a card, and just expected me to have extra bank accounts. When I tried to speak with someone they don't listen at all, and that there "are no managers". If you, like a normal person, say that can't be true. They just hang up with n you. unfortunately they are literally my only internet option in my area. It's just wrong.
Edit: amazingly they get worse. I got a response from this review immediately. Asked me for info, and then NOTHING. What a company.

Please, if you are thinking of Changing CELL SERICE DO NOT SWITCH TO xfinity!!!!! I can't make phone calls in my own home, in town, in buildings, out side, in the car, NO WHERE! I also NEVER even get my voicemails since when people CALL ME it goes Straight to VM. Even if some one does get thru, or i get to make a call, it drops so fast, and so frequently its not worth it. And 5G ???? where? when? I switched to save money, and you get what you pay for, crap.

Despite some questionable reviews, this store was great. I needed a new phone in a pinch, and Daniel was so helpful. He got me set up on my husband's account, and I was able to find the phone I wanted. 10/10 for Daniel and the other nice guy who helped us. I didn't catch his name but he was great too

The person at the store was fine for the most part, but a lot of stations that the internet was supposed to come with do not pop up on the television; also, I was supposed to have peacock for free... but so far, that's also not occurred (at least not yet.)

Every few months, I go into this store to swap out cheap modems after they stop working, and every time I go in, I'm treated with incredible customer service.

We pay for 1200mb service and our speeds average 40mb.... 3% of what we pay for. Worst piece of #$#* company ever. Do whatever you can to avoid using their service.

Super friendly individuals working at this store which takes a saint because they have to deal with the customer backlash that this greedy company has cultivated for years. They are gouging their long time customers with overages and now cancellation fees. Go elsewhere, you have alternative choices for high speed internet like never before. After being a customer my whole adult life I finally pulled the plug on my high speed internet service. I hope it was worth the overage charge to lose a 20 year customer, enjoy your extra $40 in overage fees. Shop around in your area and look into competitors, our new service is cheaper and faster with no monthly data overages. Xfinity nickel and diming their customers in a time when things are so tight made leaving an easy decision. This isn't 2004 anymore.

Just wanna say it’s hard to find people who are knowledgeable in their field but are also eager to help and make your life easier! Moved into my new place /area and came to get internet hooked up. Made it the last on my list because I know all the time and annoyance it comes with…. However Keli made everything so easy and ended up switching my phone plan over as well! (Thanks to Mike as well) Saved me so much money! Thank you guys for everything ?

This is a review for Xfinity as a whole, not necessarily this specific store. It's nearly impossible to get an actual person on the phone to help you. I've learned to trick their automated system by just speaking gibberish into the phone until I'm transferred to an agent. I just moved to a new address, and now I'm dealing with incorrect charges on my account. Somehow an additional line for Xfinity Mobile was added without my knowledge. Also, over a year later, my account is still connected to my ex-wife's account, even after speaking with multiple people and filling out and scanning forms back to them. When I call the customer service number, it addresses me with my ex-wife's name. I just don't understand how such a prominent company can have such a hard time doing the most basic things. What's even more bizarre is that you can't get help by going to a store - you must deal with them by phone. I'm just tired of wasting my time because of their mistakes.

Addendum: I would like to leave a positive review for Keli as well. When I signed up for my new Xfinity service, I lost access to my old Comcast email. Keli was bright, friendly, smart, patient, and technically sound, and ultimately resolved the problem by downloading an app onto my smart devices so I could access and continue to use my old email account.Daniel was extremely helpful to me. He was friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable, technically proficient, and patient. He helped me set up Xfinity at my mountain home, and even successfully asked his supervisor to keep the previous old box working until I could get the new one installed. He went Above and beyond.
