Our Nissan was rear-ended and visually the damage appeared minimal. The driver who hit was insured through Allstate and Caliber Collision in Wheat Ridge was a preferred provider. Caliber Collision rated 10 out of 10 with us on all aspects... from estimate to completion. These are super nice folks delivering beyond expectations in personality and professionalism across their whole team.

Took my car to Caliber after being rear ended at a stoplight.Their communication is outstanding every step of the way, and their workmanship is excellent. It just doesn't get any better. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Had an unexpected wonderful experience at this Caliber location. Technicians repaired an armrest in my vehicle that I mistakenly thought occurred there during previous repairs. Service Manager, Troy, did not charge me for these repairs for which I am very appreciative and thankful.

I am very pleased. Am having trouble with turn signal. I don't know if it is a problem from the accident. I will stop by some time and have you look at it. The turn signal works but does not shut off by itself.

Caliber Collision – Wheatridge 48th Ave. #847
Absolute nightmare from start to finish. I brought my Ram Rebel in after a crash because my insurance recommended them, but I wish I’d gone anywhere else. The customer service was consistently rude and dismissive—every single time I interacted with them. They kept my truck for nearly three months for mostly cosmetic repairs, and it ended up costing about $20,000. But they completely missed a bent pan hard bar, which should have been an obvious part of the crash damage. The first time I tried to tow after getting my truck back, the bar bent further, the axle drifted, and my air suspension was punctured—another $7,000 in repairs. Two other shops confirmed there was no way the pan hard bar could have been damaged in any other way, but Caliber Collision refused to take responsibility, denied everything, and ignored my messages. I would never trust these people with my vehicle again.
UPDATE: Below they told me to reach out, so I did, and no one bothered to respond to my email.

Seth and his team were awesome. My car was parked when it got hit by a construction vehicle. Caliber fixed it up and you can’t even tel there was any damage at all.

Some bozo hit my wife’s BMW in the hospital parking lot. The bozo snuck away. What a jerk. But I digress.
Anyway, I contacted my insurance company, Travelers, and they directed me to Caliber.
Caliber did a great job. The paint on the car is somewhat exotic but they matched it perfectly. The sheet metal repair was perfect. One would never know where the bozo hit the car.
The job was done a week earlier than promised. Caliber’s communication on the progress of the repair was frequent and accurate.
Could not be more pleased. 😁

Their own 2 week repair took 3 months. Took three tries to return to me complete. Tried 2 time to return when not complete. I suspect they drove my vehicle to another location (multiple times) b/c 1/8 tank of gas was gone.
