If you are someone that doesn’t check their bill and just pays it, this company is unsafe for you. They will charge you months of two different protection plans though one covers all of your lines and when you call to be refunded they say you should’ve checked your bill. Bad business, stay away from them.

I went into the wheatridge store to get 2 new phones. Grey was the young man who helped me out. After speaking with him and telling me both my old phones would be able to trade in for 800 a phone I was excited. I told him I'd be back in the next week to trade my phones in. Went back in and spoke to another gentleman who told me that wasn't the case and was worth 15- 20 bucks per phone. I know these people are salesman. What I don't appreciate is being told lies and having me upgrade my service to make there sales. Thanks Grey. And that's the last time I listen to employee at at&t.

Where to start? This has been a frustrating and time exhausting experience. I came in with a claim, got a replacement phone. The associate charged my card twice and my bank flagged it as fraud and shut my debit card off. For the inconvenience, the manager agreed to wave activation fees. Got my bill with activation fees anyways. Came back in and the guy said he doesn't remember (same guy that helped me the first time). Then said he would call me when he figured it out. A week later, nobody called. So I came back in here and the manager was aware I wanted to speak with her and the associate, however she has just sat in the chair, answering questions for everyone else and almost ignoring the fact I'm here. I've been waiting well over half an hour now and I'm sure I'll wait another half hour for them to pretend they never agreed to that. I'll update as soon as someone actually helps me out ?

Navigating the complexities of transferring billing responsibilities for a business line seemed nearly impossible until we met Jessica at the AT&T store in Arvada. After frustrating experiences at other locations and with various support lines, Jessica was a breath of fresh air. She took control of our situation with the expertise and dedication we desperately needed.
Jessica not only resolved our issues as quickly as the system can work, within about day, but also kept us informed every step of the way with updates via her work phone. Her proactive approach saved us time and further hassle, ensuring we had our FirstNet SIM ready as soon as our new number was activated. We didn’t need to wait around in the store or re-explain our situation – she had everything under control.
What truly set Jessica apart was her exceptional ability to manage her responsibilities and her team. Despite juggling multiple tasks, from addressing our needs to resolving an employee's inquiry and greeting new customers, she maintained a smooth and efficient workflow. Her care, compassion, and capability in handling both customer and subordinate interactions are exemplary.
Jessica’s professionalism, courtesy, deep knowledge, and multitasking prowess make her an indispensable leader at AT&T. She embodies the high standards of customer service that should be present in all stores. It’s evident that Jessica would be a tremendous asset in training and leading teams across other locations, including the one at 7201 Sheridan Boulevard #500, Westminster. Have signed up with a streaming service and was assisted in this effort by "MO", at this location. This representative displayed all of the attributes of a true professional. Also, was a true delight to work with. A contagious smile and an ability to assist in any way possible. 'Twas a delight to meet this person and have him assist me.

Amaya was amazing, she was so friendly, knew all of my options and was able to recommend the best deal for me. We were in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes with a new phone!

On Christmas Day, our 99-yr-old "Grandma"'s flip phone died. I called 611 and had the pleasure of being helped by Rolando. He was so kind and helpful that it matters little that he suggested we go to Walmart to get her a new phone which we then could have activated at ATT. I then phoned the Wheat Ridge, CO ATT store and was helped by the amazing Ania who said that Walmart couldn't help but Target could. The next day, off to Target I went to get a flip phone for $100 rather than the "about $20" that Rolando estimated.The Wheat Ridge ATT store is across the parking lot from Target and I thought I had the problem solved until I encountered your Brian who has an enormous attitude which I would guess has to do with my age (76), sex (F) or race. He was dismissive and arrogant and sent me right back to Target to return and exchange the wrong phone. After returning that phone for a pre-paid flip phone which cost a more reasonable $30, back to ATT I went eager to deal with Brian because by then I was really angry with his unkind and arrogant manner. I was greeted by another young man, Chris, who remembered me from earlier and not surprisingly he was unable to find Brian who was "at lunch" even though I think I saw him through the back room door. I'm a retired inner-city school teacher and I think Brian intuited that he was in for a world class dressing down and conveniently took the coward's way out.Luck was on my side as Chris was a prince! He swapped out the SIM cards the whole time making engaging conversation and convinced me that I could easily have "Grandma" up and running with her new phone.In sum, 5 Stars for Chris who should get a raise and none for Brian who shouldn't be working with the public.

I am so grateful for the help I recieved at this store. Brian was wonderful to work with. It seemed that no matter where else I turned for help with my account, I got the run around and no one wanted to help. I was getting ready to just switch my service, but Brian hunkered down with me and we figured out exactly what happened with my phones and what we needed to do to fix it. Even when we were on hold with customer service, Brian was cracking jokes and made me feel welcome. Definitely returning and recommending this store!

Have to agree with all the other reviews. Zero customer service. Ordered new iphone, delivery to store. Paid taxes on it. Never arrived. No one will respond to texts or calls. Nothing. Totally ghosted.
