Have signed up with a streaming service and was assisted in this effort by "MO", at this location. This representative displayed all of the attributes of a true professional. Also, was a true delight to work with. A contagious smile and an ability to assist in any way possible. 'Twas a delight to meet this person and have him assist me.

Amaya was amazing, she was so friendly, knew all of my options and was able to recommend the best deal for me. We were in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes with a new phone!

On Christmas Day, our 99-yr-old "Grandma"'s flip phone died. I called 611 and had the pleasure of being helped by Rolando. He was so kind and helpful that it matters little that he suggested we go to Walmart to get her a new phone which we then could have activated at ATT. I then phoned the Wheat Ridge, CO ATT store and was helped by the amazing Ania who said that Walmart couldn't help but Target could. The next day, off to Target I went to get a flip phone for $100 rather than the "about $20" that Rolando estimated.The Wheat Ridge ATT store is across the parking lot from Target and I thought I had the problem solved until I encountered your Brian who has an enormous attitude which I would guess has to do with my age (76), sex (F) or race. He was dismissive and arrogant and sent me right back to Target to return and exchange the wrong phone. After returning that phone for a pre-paid flip phone which cost a more reasonable $30, back to ATT I went eager to deal with Brian because by then I was really angry with his unkind and arrogant manner. I was greeted by another young man, Chris, who remembered me from earlier and not surprisingly he was unable to find Brian who was "at lunch" even though I think I saw him through the back room door. I'm a retired inner-city school teacher and I think Brian intuited that he was in for a world class dressing down and conveniently took the coward's way out.Luck was on my side as Chris was a prince! He swapped out the SIM cards the whole time making engaging conversation and convinced me that I could easily have "Grandma" up and running with her new phone.In sum, 5 Stars for Chris who should get a raise and none for Brian who shouldn't be working with the public.

I am so grateful for the help I recieved at this store. Brian was wonderful to work with. It seemed that no matter where else I turned for help with my account, I got the run around and no one wanted to help. I was getting ready to just switch my service, but Brian hunkered down with me and we figured out exactly what happened with my phones and what we needed to do to fix it. Even when we were on hold with customer service, Brian was cracking jokes and made me feel welcome. Definitely returning and recommending this store!

Have to agree with all the other reviews. Zero customer service. Ordered new iphone, delivery to store. Paid taxes on it. Never arrived. No one will respond to texts or calls. Nothing. Totally ghosted.

Every time I go to this location they tell me they can’t help me. Most recently I went in to return a phone and was told by the entire staff that they couldn’t process my return and I needed to take the product back to the location where it was purchased. The location further from my home on 92nd and Sheridan then informed me that this location had lied right to my face and could have helped me all along but chose not to. Even being a corporate “headquarters” doesn’t make this place operate correctly be weary

Chris helped me look into my bill quickly. He explained that I can do a lot of stuff on their app and I was done. Super simple exchange of information and a very nice man.

Had to leave because the VERY sick employee was coughing all over the place and it was completely disgusting. Keep your sick employees home! He evaded most of our questions about transferring our accounts over, it was a complete waste of time. And gross.

Worst AT&T store in Colorado. Every time I go here I don't get the help that I need and I wait a ridiculous amount of time to get it. Must not train any of its employees so you can even call ahead of time and still get there and not get the help you need because they weren't clear on the phone Avoid at all costs. It's like going to the hospital.

I was waited on right away my associate was very knowledgeable and so patient. I had to go home a couple times he was so good about me leaving and coming back. I got 2 phones and got connected with Direct Tv. I really appreciate no having to wait a long time and being his first priority.Thanks Diane

Been going here for years, had ATT pay as you go service since 2010, and since this store has been open it has always been friendly and inviting, even if issues I've had could not be resolved. Recent visit (Aug 17 2023), could not get my issue resolved as they had no technician on site, but Rico was very friendly and tried all avenues he could and gave me different options (and let me know about the Bel Mar location which had a technician as another option, which did not turn out so well). Always been happy at this location.

I went with my friend who’s having major issues with her service. It was 7:40 PM. The young girl tried to help and couldn’t said her phone may not have those features. Her phone is less than a year old and she pays for unlimited service. The young girl asked the mgr for help. He went to the back. We waited 15 minutes. The girl finally found him. He said he couldn’t help her now because they were closed! This is Bull. I’m glad I have Verizon. Horrible customer service. The m m answer saw us waiting for himRhondda Martin
