What a great experience! I needed a new rear brake light but couldn't get into the panel with the tools I had so their employee Lorenzo offered to change out the brake light for me. That was above and beyond and what a great employee! Highly recommend! Ask for Lorenzo!!

Went in today to get a new battery for my Subaru and both Sue and Lorenzo were so helpful and friendly! Lorenzo put in my battery quickly. I felt welcomed here which hasn’t been the case with other part stores. If I ever need anything I’ll definitely be back.

Walked up to counter and Sue told me there was a line. I got in line and then a man came up and she took him right away. Zack ended up helping me and he was extremely helpful. Poor customer service on Sues part and also very selective as to who got her help and who didn't. I only shop at Auto Zone because i own stock in the company. O'Reilly looks better and better when i have to deal with the Sue's in the Auto zone family.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Crack heads everywhere, including the employees. Was the only one in line at check out and it took them over 10 mins just to get to me. They should fire the whole staff and start over.

Went for air filter and rear water blade. Lorenzo was friendly and even put the parts on my vehicle. I highly recommend this place.

Lorenzo was awesome! I came in to get some wipers for my Escape and he was extremely helpful, and even helped me to install them. These guys are awesome.

Employee named Curtis is so rude. Rolled his eyes when I brought back my diagnostic test, was condescending when he answered my questions, was extremely dismissive etc.. Overall 0/10 for Curtis but the other guys working there are pretty chill. I'll be avoiding this auto zone from now on thank you Curtis!

Lorenzo is the man!! I stopped in on my lunch break to pick up new wiper blades, fully intending on installing them myself when I got home. Lorenzo not only showed me all of my options, but he also offered to install them for me. While he was helping, I asked him a question about my washer fluid. We opened my hood, and not only was he able to answer my question, but he also noticed my coolant was extremely low. Without being pushy, he encouraged me to get it taken care of as soon as possible. I asked him to add some coolant to my bill, and again, he offered to put it in for me. As someone that works in customer service, I appreciate all of Lorenzo’s help from the bottom of my heart. If you ever need anything from AutoZone, I wouldn’t hesitate to visit Lorenzo on Kipling. 100 out of 10 customer service from Lorenzo!

From the beginning of walking into the store Lorenzo was on it! He was resourceful and answered all my questions professionally. Long story short- he replaced my vehicle’s battery. It was probably one of the worst case scenarios but he handled it with so much patience and care. Thank you Lorenzo and I hope you have a great birthday, OG.

Out of towers. Had to stop for wipers. The 3 men working all had really bad attitudes. I asked a simple question and guy had a major attitude. Wow sorry I asked you to do your job! We do alot of business with this company where we live and love them but this location no. They had a help wanted sign up now I know why.*** UPDATE*** We were contacted by the regional manager about our bad service..she was so nice and apologized for the way we were treated, I am super impressed with how she handled things!!!! She Went out of her way to make things right!! Very impressed!!!!

Lorenzo was so helpful and kind. I think he definitely saw the panic on my face of the oh no, my car isn’t running correctly. Even though he was the only person working that day, he still explained, how use the code reader, and then helps me find the part and swap it out in the parking lot, thank you so much for your help and understanding in my time of panic!
