Took my 20year old 200K plus mileage Mazda MPV initially to fix a broken taillight/turn signal. Had been told by other shops the car is so old parts are not available. Somehow Bachman found and repaired it quickly! BUT I also had concerns with how rickety it felt when I drove it… had bought another car but kept this as backup (we are seniors with health issues) this was quickly needed by a family member. Bachman treated it as if THEIR family was driving it. I am so glad they thoroughly examined, replaced faulty components (seemingly no issue with unavailable parts) and it drives smooth, and SAFE! Couldn’t believe it! They were all uncommonly gracious understanding our scheduling situation. All auto repair is costly. This was worth every bit of it. Feeling safe!!! Treated respectfully! Good team there!

I won’t go back. I did choose this shop because of their high rating, but they let me down. I felt like they started off strong and confident, and then just teetered off, 4 days later. We go to mechanics because that’s what they do for a living, or else we would all just spend our time working on our cars. I felt as if my car took a back seat to other customers in their shop. Hmmm, seems like the combined experience of all mechanics in that shop could have come together and solved the problems my car was having. Is there a good mechanic left out there? Call me when you find one. Paid my bill and left with work not completed… The oil wasn’t changed and the supposed needed AC parts were not found/quoted like I requested. Good luck in the future!

I have a Toyota Tacoma with a topper on the back and over the years some of the bolts that holding topper down to the truck bed had works themselves loose and I was afraid I was going to loose the topper Bachman auto replaced all of them and know I have no more worries.

Honest auto repair shop, I brought my CRV in as my AC was only blowing hot air during the heat dome with temperatures of 97 . They tested it for leaks and found it only needed Freon, had my car back same day for a reasonable price too. I’ve found my new auto repair shop??

This time fixed auto window master panel and replaced fro t CV constant velocity joints at 123,000 miles.
(Older) This time diagnosed chronic coolant leak and running light short on 2002bSubaru Outback Legacy. Both I 'd fooled around with several weeks for my son, on his time. Pegged 'em both and have my son back legally on the road!
Good deal!!!!
(Older entry) Replaced timing belt and etc. and looked it over. Son's car has been great "low mileage" for us at 110K+ versus most of our other cars at 200k+ to 300k. Since he's a trucker he doesn't drive it a lot.

Took the car in for AC repair. Not only did they NOT repair it they made it worse with the wrong parts wrong sizes wrong everything! Had it in a different shop and another $2000 to correct what was done wrong and repair the AC correctly. Never using Bachman again, no offer of refund or any compensation.
Have proof of everything done wrong and having to be redone. Turning it all over to BBB
