Don't go here for your shared branch needs. They would not deposit my check even though it was issued by a major financial institution on behalf of a major insurance company (your first guesses to both of these will probably be correct). In full disclosure, the check was printed slightly offset, but all the important markings were legible. When pressed, the manager indicated that he did not feel comfortable depositing the check to my credit union (a participating member of the shared network). I'm not sure if this location has seen a recent uptick in fraud, but I visited many times when BCS ran it and never had any difficulties (and to be frank, the service was quite a bit faster and more professional).

The people inside are fine, but it's been abysmal banking with them, I'm charged every year with a fine because I don't have money, I created my account when I was 16, now I'm 50$ down because I don't have that, this is totally unfair.I can't even use my account to pay them because it's checking only, so I keep getting charged for something I can't helpTheir tagline is "The better choice for banking" this is a total lie and falseYou can choose anywhere else, you'll have a better time banking.

Two tellers, no customers at drive through or inside except for me. As a stood there leaning on my walker, I had to wait for the two women to finish their personnel conversation before they even acknowledged me. Was going to do other business there, but, closed my account instead. I will never bank here again.

Stay away from this establishment as it has recently merged with Community Choice Credit Union..it was not long ago when they rated 5 stars in my dealings with them but not any longer..been a member since 1976 when they were the C&S Credit Union and never had issues with them until recently when they changed policy concerning fees charged for inactive accounts...in other words charging customers money because they keep money in their bank..just another way of fleecing their members...no thank you and good riddance

If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife has been trying to make a loan payment for over 2 weeks. No has answered their phones, no one has called back after leaving a voicemail. Nearest branch is an hour away. Customer service is a joke. The new app will not allow for mobile deposit without approval. This credit union is a joke, has terrible service, and needs to be brought into the current century with their technology. Run far away from this place and don't look back.

I refinanced 2 auto loans with BCS Credit Union and on one of the loans they saved me over $7,878.95 over the life of the loan in interest payments! Megan and her team are awesome and I will continue to bank with BCS Credit Union.

My experience was amazing here for refinancing my vehicle. I got a call back immediately after I put in my application and Jannette was super friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend this credit union to anyone and everyone!

Jeanette was amazing!!! I have worked with BCS in the past for another car loan and they were were great then too. She was always able to answer my calls and help when things got confusing. I highly recommend this credit union they are friendly and knowledgable.

I’ve been a member of this credit union for over 30 years and they are great!The customer service that I have received is second to none, and far superior to any other bank that I’ve worked with. (Really, the employees know me by name!) Jeanette, and the rest of the staff are very competent and professional. Most importantly, I trust this credit union! If you have a bad experience with this credit union, you’re the problem.
