The Bellco app on my phone hadn't been working for over a year. I had spoked to member services and the tech department many times, and they couldnt fix the problem. I visited the Arvada Ridge branch and spoke with Gabriel, who went above and beyond to help ensure the issue on my app was resolved. I am ever so grateful!
