Garrett was behind the fishing counter but came out from behind there to help me on the other side of the store. I bought shoes online. They didn't fit. I took them back to big 5. They would give me in store. Credit and I really don't need anything else for them. I don't plan on ever buying anything else from big 5 online? After that.
