Todd was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to provide amazing service. I came in 10 mins before they closed with a flat and he and technicians patched my tire without question. I was in a pickle and they saved me an agonizing drive on a spare across the state. Best service I’ve ever received at a Big O and a mechanic shop in general. Thanks!

Todd and TJ were great. Traveling home to California from Wisconsin we had trouble with our tires and suspension, these two men along with the other workers at this store were quick to make our repairs and get us back on the road. I appreciated their professionalism, recommendations and overall customer service. The gentleman that gave me a ride to the car rental store was great as well. What a great group of employees. To the people who live and work in the vicinity of this store, you are truly lucky.

choose any other big o I have been to almost all in the area and this one is by far the worst...they do not truly check your vehicle and inform you of what you need so you end up paying for it in the long run because they neglect to inform you on your vehicles maintenance, I do not know much that is why I bring it to you guys...
