I asked to have them evaluate the damage done to my car from an accident I was involved in. I made it clear I wanted to have a third party opinion of the repairs and not just the at faults insurance company shop, their response was no we don’t do that. Not sure why the lady I spoke with said this as I could pay for the repairs and be reimbursed but instead was shown the door.
Terrible customer service and unwilling to help. I will not be returning to this company for future repairs. I’ll also be letting others know what they can expect from this shop.

Caleb and the body shop repair team did an excellent job fixing my car after being rear-ended. From the time I made the appointment for the estimate to picking up my car earlier than expected it was a seamless experience. They did a great job submitting and getting approval from insurance for me. The ladies at the front desk handled all the paperwork for the repair and even called Enterprise Car Rental to have them pick me up for my car rental. My car looks like it never had any damage at all! I highly recommend Caliber Collision on North Robb Street!

So had a situation that was not for seen. And honestly I went to the most exceptional place to get my vehicle fixed. Ben, Kim, and Alicia were very sweet and very professional. I enjoyed the experience and process choosing them to fix my vehicle. I would recommend to anyone need repairs. They went above and beyond my expectations. And it was a pleasure to be a customer. I was always informed of my vehicle process, and even they got my vehicle done faster then expected. If I ever need repairs again I would definitely make sure they are who I call.

Caliber Collision on Robb St in Wheatridge, CO repaired my Subaru Forrester and did a great job - completed in 1 week. They even applied some touch up paint on some minor bumper scratches unrelated to the work they were doing. The front desk staff is very courteous and helpful and Taylor communicated frequently by text and voicemail keeping me apprised of progress.

These people wont even set an estimate appt, without some commit doc feom insurer BEFORE even scheduling an appointment sorry not happening congratulations never using you I don't give a damn if you're the best in the freaking state

Everything here was faster than other shops I called. Getting in for the estimate, scheduling the work, and getting the vehicle back.
Vehicle repaired correctly, showroom cleaned when picked up and all done with quality and customer service.
