Brody and Johnathan saved my RV! After an unfortunate tangle with an awning a window was broken. Replacement window not available at Camping World nearby for a few weeks. Caliber Collision helped me out with some crash cover so I could get home safely. Great customer service. I highly recommend this team. Thank you!!

Aaron Sund received my vehicle from Progressive on October 18th 2024. I received my repaired vehicle from them on December 20th 2024. During this time he provided zero updates. He provided me multiple dates the vehicle would be completed only for it to be a lie. 12 hours after I picked up the vehicle it broke down once again. I have been dealing with their manager Brodie who cannot provide me a reason for why the vehicle is inoperable. Caliber will not take accountability for the damages and has not provided me a reason for why the vehicle is inoperable. I highly recommend staying away from this shop because they will lie to you and will not take accountability for their incompetence.
Edit: 6 months later. Caliber has not provided me a reason for engine failure. They cut off all communication with me and are not responding to emails.

This shop is amazing, from customer service to repairs being done quickly as well as the quality of the work done. I'm definitely coming back if another dumb driver hits my truck.

had an excellent experience getting my car repaired here. Not only was the work done professionally, but they also cleaned and vacuumed my car, which was a nice touch! Kevin kept me updated throughout the process and was always patient and informative, making sure all my questions were answered without any judgment. Highly recommend their service!

Loved my experience with Caliber -- they go above and beyond. As expected, it was frustrating to be without our car, but everyone at Caliber was super responsive and took initiative to keep me informed every step of the way. The repairs were perfect and they made working with insurance seamless. Kevin even dropped our car off at our residence after the repairs were completed.

Caliber Collision was great! Kevin is amazing & super helpful. Amber was super friendly & very helpful also. They fixed my 16 year old son's Jeep Patriot, and we couldn't be happier. Kevin even got it back to us a week earlier than we thought. We would absolutely recommend!
