Had a little bit of a hiccup, and they totally made sure all will be well. They did a detailing for free, and got me a Starbucks gift card and brought the car to my house.

Steve’s claims of following OEM procedures are directly contradicted by the actual handling of my vehicle. Rather than adhering to the manufacturer's protocol they are saying they needed to follow, they bypassed the “essential” ADAS calibration before allowing further work on the car. This choice suggests a calculated attempt to minimize accountability, rather than a commitment to quality or safety. Additionally, Steve’s narrative of "saving me $1,000 in deductibles" is misleading. This supposed savings was most likely achieved by receiving inflated amounts from my insurance company, reportedly using third-party parts sourced from platforms like eBay. Something their front desk person (Jordan) explicitly stated to me. The delays in acquiring parts make more sense when considering that this shop lacks a Tesla approved collision center certification, an important detail omitted by Steve. Lastly, I do not use this vehicle for rideshare services such as Lyft or Uber, so I don’t know what he’s getting at there. They did repair the car in segments but only because they could not get the parts they needed in a timely matter.

Initially, I wasn’t going to leave a review, but after my interactions with Jordan at the front desk, I felt compelled to share my experience. This has been my go to body shop for over a year now. However, my last experience here was an incredibly disappointing one, and I cannot recommend it to anyone anymore, especially Tesla owners.
Jordan’s unprofessionalism, lack of accountability, and lying has made an already stressful situation so much worse. Customer service is clearly not a priority here, and they don't seem to care about their customers' time or trust. It's clear to me now that this shop is far from capable of handling Teslas or providing even basic levels of honesty and service.
At this point, any response from them would be irrelevant—they’ve shown what kind of business they run. If you're looking for professionalism, honesty, or timely service, look elsewhere.

Not a good experience but their work appears to be great quality. I brought a vehicle which was on the rougher side and I feel that the owner didn't listen to what I wanted or give realistic information about the scope of work needed to get there. Multiple times I coordinated a meeting to discuss the scope of work needed and the plan for the vehicle, only to show up and be told the owner was out doing errands or was even out of town buying more vehicles or real estate. This lack of communication was a big problem. In the end they completed some work, some of which I never even asked for nor was ever asked if I wanted.
When the work was completed and charged, I was then introduced to one of their mechanics who seemed very knowledgeable and direct, but who I'd never met up to that point. He said the cost to make it reasonably safe would be what most would consider highly cost prohibitive and "well you could use it for parades" or a fairgrounds. A vehicle to drive around a fairgrounds was never remotely close to my goal, whereas I had been open to work which would make the vehicle safer even if it was beyond what the average person would invest in that particular vehicle which does not have a very high value. I had provided some parts which ended up not getting used- these weren't returned for over a year after this, and to this day I still don't have some of them.
Much of their information should have been shared after an initial inspection rather than only on my way out the door. This could have changed the outcome entirely. Before bringing the vehicle I made every effort to describe it and make sure it was something that was right for this shop, and I really wish I had chosen differently.

Great work!! While it took a little longer than anticipated, it was worth the wait. My new car (to me) was hit by a hit and run just before I left for an overseas trip. Steve allowed me to bring the car in on a weekend and leave it. When I picked up the car, it was like new again! And they offer a lifetime guarantee on the work. Steve and Jordan were very professional and easy to work with.

My car looks great after a very disgrunteling mishap with a tow company. (They towed the wrong car. And trashed mine. ) The under belly piece took forever to come in, but they got it in as soon as it did. They matched the paint perfectly and it is an odd color. And they cleaned the car before they gave it back. They communicated the entire time and made it really easy. And ladies... Steve (the owner) is a total silver Daddy.

Steve went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He gave me a great deal on my repair. My car was damaged after there was a leak in the garage of my apartment complex. Management wouldn’t take responsibility for the payment, however. Steve offered to donate his time and energy to advocate for me on my behalf. He is passionate about protecting people from being taken advantage of. I will be giving Steve my business for here on out. Thank you!!

Steve was great! I called about a broken mirror and he got me into the shop next day. His staff is friendly, efficient and very helpful. Steve's prices are unbeatable and the service is 5/5 every time. (They also are women-friendly which is sometimes hard to come by!!)

I am absolutely so incredibly pleased and happy with the work on my car done here. When my fender liners, under guard, and bumper got completely ripped off from a major snow storm, I called probably 5-7 other autobody shops and NOBODY could get me in for MONTHS. I was recommended Camero’s Plus from one of the other auto body shops I called, and these guys got me in THAT SAME DAY! The owner Steve was so incredibly helpful and answered every single one of my questions and concerns that I had every step of the way. They could not have been a more helpful and easy to work with auto body shop. The work on my car looks absolutely flawless, and additionally on a road trip I went on after getting my car fixed a huge pile of sand in the road took out one of my clips on my under guard and they had replaced it the same day I had came back. I was also told any concerns or anything I have after the car is done they would handle and help me out with, so the aftercare help for the new parts is also just amazing! The owner Steve is an amazing person and I was so happy with how he and the shop handled everything, from insurance, to my questions and concerns, to the fixing of the car itself. The car was cleaned out and vacuumed when I picked it up, and I was even able to drop my rental car off at the shop when I picked up my car! I cannot explain how happy I am with this auto body, and all of the help they have given me in this very stressful time! This shop has absolutely gone above and beyond, and I HIGHLY recommend this shop!!!

It is funny saying you had a great experience somewhere when the whole reason you are there is because you had some type of BAD experience with your car. But, I DID have a fantastic experience dealing with this crew. I got hit by an Amazon driver. Not the actual blue truck. A contracted vehicle. So, the process was LONG. Very LONG. But, after a referral from a Lexus repair shop up north that we visited for my wife's car, it was the best decision I have made in some time.
When searching for a repair shop, it is tough to know what to look for. I can't speak for you, but I didn't have the time nor patience to vet out every repair shop in Denver. And, I wasn't in any mood to do so with a busted up ride. So, I decided to go on the referral, my first impression when I walked in, and a couple referrals online. If reading this, and your car needs some work, stop looking around. I will save you the time. Although I am not any body shop expert, this is the best place I can imagine going to. I will be recommending this shop to anyone of my friends or network who has an incident, and will be taking my car there for any future work.
Because I was dealing with Amazon and their third party insurance, I was concerned about the admin side of things, and getting stuck with charges at the end. Jordan was behind the counter and assured me that she would handle all contact with Amazon and insurance, and all rental admin stuff. They gave me a ride to the nearby Enterprise initially, handled ALL admin stuff for the months in between, took the rental car back after giving me my ride, and even fixed a windshield crack on their dime that happened on their watch. Jordan was fantastic in keeping me updated on the insurance company's very slow approval of supplements to the repairs. Steve runs the place, he seems like a great dude, and you can just tell that he runs his business in an ethical and fair way, and that his crew is trained to make each customer happy after their unhappy car incident.
I don't recommend getting hit by an Amazon driver. And I don't wish your car to need auto body work at all. But, I DO recommend, if anything unfortunate happens to your prized vehicle, in taking any repair work to this place without hesitation.

I had a great experience working with Camaros Plus. Steve and his team are very responsive, helpful, and they did a great job on my car. They were extremely helpful when dealing with insurance to ensure my claim was handled properly to prevent our of pocket costs. I really appreciated the supportive approach that Steve and his team had. Ultimately, I felt like I was in good hands throughout the process, and I'd highly recommend/use Camaros Plus in the future.
