They detailed my Porsche and did the best job I have ever seen. It was easy to book the appointment, Chris was there in-time, service was done the same day and they provided updates throughout the day. It is so clean. I do think when I get it out of storage that I will have them do a ceramic finish on it. They had just finished an Audi and it looked perfect.

False advertising.
I bought the Groupon for this company, which included "two essential details for an SUV." I got the first detail done, and that experience was fine, other than the dirty office. But I'm about to leave Colorado, and I've been attempting to contact Crown Kote for over a month now to schedule my second detail. No one ever answers the phone and I've left several voicemails.
Hopefully Groupon will give me a refund, since evidently that's almost $200.00 of wasted money.
EDIT: Despite the response below, I was never contacted by anyone, and other customers have been having this issue for several months, so I don't believe their lack of accountability is due to this being their "busiest season."

I have a gift certificate for this place and am unable to contact anyone to schedule anything. They don't return my calls or messages. How are you able to run a business if you can't schedule anything or talk to anyone?

Had to get a company vehicle cleaned and treated with an ozone treatment, past employee had smoked in or near the vehicle... Chris got us scheduled and got the car detailed and treated within the day. We will definitely be using them again.

Chris and his guys are the only shop I'll take my vehicles to. He's done work on my motorcycles, and trucks. They always look so good after the immaculate work of the CrownKote team !

Awesome family run business with a friendly staff who does great work. We scheduled to get both of my family members cars detailed here and they did an amazing job cleaning up two very dirty vehicles. I'd definitely come back to this place and use them again or even consider letting them do the ceramic coating because I can tell they care about their work tremendously!

The did an excellent job detailing our car that had recently been stolen. The fabric seats were left very dirty and stained..... they look brand new. The owner is very professional and friendly. I was very happy with the price. My wife had this same car detailed at Gleam for a higher price several months ago and they were not able to get the seats as clean as CrownKote just did. I will use this business again.
