I have a gift certificate for this place and am unable to contact anyone to schedule anything. They don't return my calls or messages. How are you able to run a business if you can't schedule anything or talk to anyone?

Had to get a company vehicle cleaned and treated with an ozone treatment, past employee had smoked in or near the vehicle... Chris got us scheduled and got the car detailed and treated within the day. We will definitely be using them again.

Chris and his guys are the only shop I'll take my vehicles to. He's done work on my motorcycles, and trucks. They always look so good after the immaculate work of the CrownKote team !

Awesome family run business with a friendly staff who does great work. We scheduled to get both of my family members cars detailed here and they did an amazing job cleaning up two very dirty vehicles. I'd definitely come back to this place and use them again or even consider letting them do the ceramic coating because I can tell they care about their work tremendously!

The did an excellent job detailing our car that had recently been stolen. The fabric seats were left very dirty and stained..... they look brand new. The owner is very professional and friendly. I was very happy with the price. My wife had this same car detailed at Gleam for a higher price several months ago and they were not able to get the seats as clean as CrownKote just did. I will use this business again.

I purchased a Groupon to get my car detailed. I contacted them multiple times and only received one response via text. After 2 weeks of being unable to even talk to someone to get my car scheduled to be detailed I have cancelled my Groupon and look elsewhere. Don't make the mistake of trying to purchase ahead like I did. Completely unresponsive and poor customer service.
