If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. For the sake of your health, do not get your prescriptions filled here. For the last two times I’ve needed my medication filled, they’ve not acknowledged the prescription request from the doctor, I’ve had to call the doctor twice to have them call the pharmacy to make sure they fill it, they’ve filled the wrong one because they weren’t paying attention.
This last one, it’s now been 2.5 weeks. Again, doctor had to call twice (three if you consider the initial request), I even gave them an extra day to fill it, I go pick it up. They tell me they’re out of stock of the prescription. I’m now obviously frustrated and the Pharmacist had the nerve to tell me that she’s too busy filling everyone else’s prescriptions to try to figure out who has my medication. And the assistant is laughing at me telling me I can go call around to see who has my Medication to fill it for me.
I get it, they’re busy. But I’m busy too, the doctors office who has to drop everything and call several times is busy, everyone’s busy. It’s not my job to fill my own prescription and in a lot of ways my hands are tied. And yet. They sent me on my way with a “not my problem” and laughter as if I’m the unreasonable one to go find my own medication, bother that pharmacy to now call these imbeciles to get the prescription to fill for them.
One time, ok fine. But this is the second time. Numerous follow ups. And waiting three weeks for medication I need to be taking daily is actually life threatening.
Again. For your own health- mental and physical- don’t get your prescription filled here. Also don’t know who I can file a complaint with because this is not a joke.

This location has renewed my faith in using CVS as my primary pharmacy. They are always very attentive, prompt, kind, knowledgeable, and solution oriented. If you have to drive a little further to use them, it’s worth it in my opinion. Plus, it’s inside of a Target!

There is one woman, looks like reports below, who should not be a pharmacist. Not only does she not have a concern for patients getting their medication on time, she makes it difficult for both my doctor’s office and me to get the medication I need when insurance does not cover it. She is the only one who says my Doctor has to give prior auth for every refill. No longer going here because of her. CVS do something! She has prevented me from having my meds now twice on time. Also lied to me, saying she could not give me RX savings til she can confirm my Doc doesn’t want to prescribe me a drug insurance will cover.

Went in for a flu shot. Sign read "walk ins welcome". I was told I could not get one without an appointment. I asked about the sign and was told, regardless, walk ins are NOT welcome. No shot.America surrendered the fight against infectious disease by putting vaccines in the hands of rapacious death merchants like these.

Pharmacist was great and cared for each person she helped. Was very informativeprior to handing off the meds. Glad I made the switch from Walgreens. Bit of a wait, but we're all there for the same reasons.

Store hours are til 800 pm on Wednesday. ( 07/12/23 ) So if you get there at 753 pm you're out of luck. Tonight they were closed at 753. How is that justifiable?? Who would give a pharmacy authorization to close early? ? Yeah right just as I thought NO ONE!!! they are not making pizzas here!! You're serving pharmaceutical, prescription, medication yeah? The stuff some people count on to live yeah? Who in charge of this pharmacy would tell anyone to close early?? Again NO ONE!! I hope whoever closed early clocked out early, punch out early too. Probably not! If getting home 10 minutes early is more important than a coustomer who needs medication, you may rethink the pharmacy business.Other that tonight this pharmacy has served my family very well and I for about five years. Can they keep us as coustomers for another five years??

I got a text from CVS saying I couldn’t fill my prescription until next month when I hadn’t even filled for this month. I was confused and called the pharmacy and I spoke to a female pharmacist. I didn’t get her name. I explained to her the confusion I was having and she went in a round about way to explain what was going on which just made me even more confused which she answered very condescendingly. And then when I understood what she was telling me, she basically told me to not waste their time with a phone call and just use the app next time. Really rude and condescending

I've been going to other cvs locations for years. This is the least customer focused cvs I've seen. They seem to always treat whatever they're doing in the back as higher priority than serving customers in the front. It's really weird. There's a really negative vibe at this one. Maybe it's time for a new manager.
