⚠️‼️This pharmacist is unprofessional and dangerous.
I got a new medication and in the middle of the night I suddenly woke up very VERY ill. I live right next to this CVS so in the morning I walked to the CVS still sick to ask the pharmacist if this is an expected reaction to this new med, or if maybe there’s an issue with the batch.
He told me I was not having a reaction and I was just “being emotional” and having “anxiety”. I told him that this has nothing to do with my emotions and something was wrong. He continued to tell me that I was just being “emotional and sensitive” and there’s “nothing wrong” with me because it’s “all in my head”.
I saw a doctor. I was having a terrible reaction to the medication and it took me over 6 months to recover.
Do not use the pharmacy here. Unsafe and harmful practices.

Worst Customer service, They close the store 20 Minutes Earlier when they’re supposed to close at 10 And the staff treats you with the worst attitude ever.

Awful pharmacy service. I will be filling my prescriptions at Costco going forward. My vet sent 3 prescriptions for my dog. One was a pain medication that he really needed. The first day, they said they did not get it, even though they got the other 2. The second day, I called to make sure they received it, and they said they couldn't fill it. When I went to pick up the second prescription, it wasn't ready. I was told it would be ready by 2pm, I got there at 9:15pm and waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru and only got part of the pills and was told to call ahead to get the rest so they could make sure they had the rest of the pills. Sad when Costco had the other medication ready a couple of hours after getting the prescription. I will not be returning here for any future perscritions.

BEWARE OF SKIMMER ON THE SELF CHECKOUT. ALWAYS NO EMPLOYEES ARE AT THE FRONT ALWAYS LEFT EMPTY NO SECURITY. WE JUST GOT ALL OUR MONEY STOLEN FROM THIS CVS SOMEBODY USE ALL THE MONEY LESS THAN ONE DAY 😞 WHOEVER U ARE U WILL GET UR KARMA. TAKING FOOD FROM OUR BABIES MOUTH. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER TRUST THIS CVS. I WOULDN'T BE SURPRISED IS IT WAS ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WHO PLACED THE SKIMMER. PLEASE PPL BE CAREFUL WITH UR CARDS N ESPECIALLY WITH EBT USERS. GOV FUNDING IS CUTT SO THERE WILL BE NO REIMBURSEMENT EVEN IF YOU PLACE AN INVESTIGATION.

My provider sent in a prescription two days ago and even double checked to see if it went through.When I check Rx status online it says I have to call the pharmacy and ask them to refill even though my provider already submitted the request.Last night I waited 45 minutes for someone to pick up the phone at the pharmacy before finally giving up. I just gave up right now after waiting another 45 minutes to talk to someone.I know this is not the fault of the employees as the pharmacy is surely understaffed but at this point I think the pharmacy should be shut down as it is basically non functioning.If you need a medication do not use this pharmacy. Who knows how long it’ll take for them to fill the request/if they ever receive it.

You cannot say that you are open 24 hours when you are closed with the door locked and customers in the parking lot at 11:00 pm. That was my experience last night

This location has the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They are dramatically understaffed and I’ve never waited lees than 20 minutes to get my already filled prescriptions picked up. The drive through is even slower. I’m changing my prescriptions over to another pharmacy because I just can’t stand coming her any more.

I don't write Google reviews often but feel it's important to share. This is basically a non-functioning pharmacy. I've never once been able to get someone on the phone. My prescriptions can't be filled through the app so everytime I need a refill I have to physically go into the store, and then will wait no less than 30 minutes to get it filled or be told to come back the next day. I can't imagine what this must be like for patients who have physical challenges getting to the store.On one occasion I waited in the store for 2 hours as the pharmacist told me it would only be 10 minutes. I should've known when I saw no less than 15 other people waiting on prescriptions.This is not the fault of the employees or pharmacist who are truly doing their best. There just aren't enough staff. Even if the staff were doubled, it would still be an incredibly difficult place to get your prescriptions much less a horrendously stressful place to work.It's disturbing to see a company as successful as CVS take advantage of employees and put them in these working conditions, and to just let customers spend hours on end trying to get a prescription.

Not 24/7 pharmacy at all. Drove 40 minutes from another city to see them closes. Please change the hours on Google . Very disappointed.

Says they are open 24 hours and was here at 11:30 and nobody was here or answering their phones. Very poor service at this location would not recommend
