The crew offers some of the best customer service ever, consistently helpful and knowledgeable without any pretention. They have created an atmosphere that feels welcoming and inclusive for both long-time customers and novices. Customers have purchased custom frames, boats, SUPs, and many related products over the years, expressing exceptional pleasure with everything. The staff is happy to educate, offers good suggestions for equipment options, and provides custom work. They have lots of great gear, reasonable prices, and often have great package deals. One caution is to confirm shipping costs on large items. Overall, people have never had a bad experience and highly recommend stopping by to check out the store, feeling lucky to have this community in the Denver area.
