I will never rent anywhere else! Enterprise has consistently been amazing - no matter the location - their customer service is above and beyond! My most recent rental was due to my car being in the shop because of an accident. I was fighting with my insurance to rent me a similar car to mine with no luck. Enterprise took over, escalated the issue and within minutes had the problem solved. I'm sorry they had to deal with this, but I could not be more thankful for their team. Thank you, Enterprise! You have a loyal customer for life!

I experienced amazing customer service when I was picked up at the auto repair shop to when I dropped off my car after having a bad day with the auto repair shop. The staff at the shop made sure I was taken care of and had all the information I needed if I did need to rent a car again because my car wasn't quite done due to the repair shop messing up. Adam was the most helpful and kind when checking me in and letting me know that my insurance would cover more days of a rental and helpful information like that. I would recommend Enterprise and specifically this location to everyone. Thank you for helping me have a fantastic car rental experience.

I have been renting from Enterprise Leasing for 20+ years. I wouldn’t consider renting a car from any other company. Every office, in every state I’ve been in, has been professional, friendly and helpful. Additionally, their vehicles are well-maintained, clean and affordable.

They give you a car you hate with out of state plates and then not only make you pay extra for it but take it out of your account without warning on any given day never the same day, just acting entitled to your bank account. Also the “$50 hold” I never got that money back. Try a different location, it’s not company-wide thank god.

The whole experience was fantastic, it just so happened that we got a free upgrade because it was the only car they had that was in the class I reserved. The car was nice and clean gas mileage was great! When I returned the car Josh was so very nice to take me home! I appreciate the team at Enterprise Wheatridge so much I will always rent a car from there!!! :)

Enterprise was so easy to communicate with! The insurance company I was working with was almost impossible to get in contact with regarding a return date, but everyone at Entrerprise was easy to talk to and super knowledgeable. I have been blown away by the customer service provided and highly recommend Enterprise for all rental needs. I can’t recommend this location enough.

This place dose not take cash and they do not accept debit card if you are from out of state.?!??! Also don't bother pulling out the family credit card unless it's in your name. I'm an out of town trucker driver who could not get a car thank you for being difficult.

We always rent from Enterprise the customer service is amazing.The cars are always clean and ready to go. This is the the 2nd time Josh has helped us, he is amazing. Always going over and beyond for us. Keep up the great work Josh...I know Enterprise moves there employees around but I hope Josh will be there the next time we need to rent a car.

Everyone, please be sure to take photos/video of your rental car before and after for your protection. I was wrongly accused of hail damage. Two weeks after I returned the rental car, I received an email from their headquarters, the damage and recovery unit, stating there was damage to the car and they wanted my insurance info. That was a big surprise to me because that didn't happen. I returned the car in the same condition when I got it. I called the WheatRidge location and spoke to Josh to find out what the heck was going on. Josh told me that there was a note in my file stating they found hail damage to the car. I explained the car didn't have any hail damages when I returned it. That was absurd, I didn't drive it in the hail, it didn't encounter hail. He said there was hail in my area on that x date and x time so that must have been when the car got damaged. I told him the car was inside my garage on that x day and x time, but he basically said there was nothing he could do about it. He said he will call headquarters to follow up and get back to me. Three hours later, still no call back from Josh. After I got off the phone with him, I checked my ring camera in my garage on that date and time, and the car never left that day! Further more, I had a credible witness who was the key to save me from this mess. When I returned the car, I returned it to Caliber Collision on Fig St, and Kim was the one who received my car. She was the one who called Josh back for me and told him that she was the one who received the car and that she didn't see any hail damages to the car when I returned it. I'm lucky that I have a testimony from a car bodyshop expert to vouch for me. Kim spoke to Josh, and called me back to tell me that Josh will send a No Pursue Order request to headquarters so that they won't go after me anymore. So everyone, learn from my ordeal and be vigilant to protect yourself. Take pictures and videos so you'd have proof to save yourself.
