I took some jewelry in here and a big guy told me it was fake. Then I took the same jewelry to a well known jeweler and he said it was real and actually bought it. Do better.

An unprofessional, lazy employee was rude and had no customer service skills or people skills whatsoever! I went in looking to spend 600.00 on a ring another employee showed me 2 days before and did not purchase it and walked out due to his unprofessional behavior. The dark haired man 😡

Anastasia was fantastic! That’s twice I’ve been in and she has been so kind and genuine both times! You don’t always get pawn shops with people that are kind and genuine so it was so refreshing to experience! The other staff were just as great and I can’t thank them enough for helping this broke woman out!!
