I’ve never been to this bank and there wasn’t absolutely a line almost to the door that takes atleast 30 + minutes to enjoy sore feet through. Please consider chairs for your lines… (oh wait you have some hmmmm what does that tell you) better yet consider more tellers on high service days

My frustration started in the parking lot no parking but the large parking areas completely filled, walk in and their only 2 of us, and 2 tellers, with 10 booths, and 1 teller was in training all by herself , don't know what she was doing as I waited all least 10 minutes well the other tellers with the customer Lord knows how she long she was with her she was there before I came in, finally I get to the trainee for simple withdrawal which took forever ask for the bathroom it's upstairs, please get about four blocks away and I get a call from the bank the trainee forgot to give me my ID and bank card, omg talk about being frustrated just driving into the parking lot what a horrible experience

They need to hire more cashiers. It's always a 25 minute wait inside because they have to split the drive through attention and the customer line is long.
Its always a mistake coming in here thinking it'll be a good decision

Been banking with first bank for decades with no monthly service fee and now they are charging a monthly $12 account service fee for personal accounts along with the variable activity fee they charge on my business account I will be promptly closing my account as this is usery and clearly not needed prior to now. No longer the colorado bank for you, now the colorado bank for your money!!!

Both ATMs are down. Seems to be a trend with First Bank these days. I would say their ATMs are out of commission over 50% of the time. Convenient ATMs are the reason I first joined First Bank.
Money pass ATMs are difficult to find and not a convenient solution. This needs to be fixed soon. I am going to consider switching banks.

Love the staff and everyone in the building. The technology and the ATM is GARBAGE and very inconsistent. Not only is the ATM always down, I can’t deposit. I’m ready to bank somewhere else because of all the issues with the ATM and app. I can’t depend on any FirstBank ATM and it’s becoming a huge problem. Been with the bank over 10 years and I’m ready to leave.

Waited for almost 30 minutes just to get a withdrawal. Go to any other 1st Bank except this one.

I go to quite a few of the first bank branches around the area this is my favorite although I never have an issue with any of them, the staff at this branch I find very friendly, helpful, and professional.

You should reach out to customers before just closing an account that has had a 0 balance for a few months. A phone call or even a letter would be nice. Have banked with you for 3 decades and watched you do the same thing to my overdraft protection at one point. Customer Service is is still good over the phone but with long wait times.
