I go to quite a few of the first bank branches around the area this is my favorite although I never have an issue with any of them, the staff at this branch I find very friendly, helpful, and professional.

You should reach out to customers before just closing an account that has had a 0 balance for a few months. A phone call or even a letter would be nice. Have banked with you for 3 decades and watched you do the same thing to my overdraft protection at one point. Customer Service is is still good over the phone but with long wait times.

I'm actually in the first bank building had an office inside seen a neurologist, Dr. Hammerberg Suite 400 I have severe migraines, and lately they've been terribly worse than what they normally are where they have been taking my life away. I've been sleeping days away, which is very sad and depressing to me because I'm not that person, it's taken a few weeks to get in but I'm here today to finally see him and hopefully get some good news or whatever news I get. Just praying for the best ‼ Thanks For The Read Until Next Time .....

Be fully prepared to wait on a rude person to take 25 minutes for a simple transaction. always a line inside. drive thru literally takes longer. I have never been to a bank that takes this long even small credit unions are faster. if there is a sign up bonus take it but leave immediately after you receive it. Also there is a 10 Debit card fee annually . This bank sucks

New customer, leaving. This bank is terrible. I have to call in constantly to have bogus fees reversed. I think they're hoping customers just don't notice them on their statements. Can't use ATM anywhere useful without a fee. Customer service is awful. Technology is often non-functional. And there are fees for services I just didn't have at my credit union. Goodbye FirstBank.

Have been banking here for years. Just wanted a simple notary signature. Could not find my account so denied me a simple signature! Going to close all of my accounts now. Goodbye! You guys used to be good.

The Bank company is good company if they had good employees like the bank itself the bank would be better and do better with your money has will been going to this bank for 5 years now and love the bank but the employee inside bank have attitude towards you in negative way but I keep going cause I'm happy where I have my money

Awesome employees came over and helped us make an account around closing! They came around and made sure if we have been helped or not! Even got free $5 for making an online account there! Also very painless to withdraw money inside at this location. Beautiful massive lobby is a plus!

I came to open business accounts at FirstBank after my credit union kept dropping the ball. Myra helped me open accounts quickly and explained everything with the utmost clarity. Her professionalism and customer service is exceptional!

I have nothing good to say about my experience with this bank. We took a HELOC out and with 2 employees from First Bank working on our loan, we could not get 1 person to answer a single question. We had to ask everything 3-4 times before getting a response. It took so much longer to get this done than it should of. I will never work with this bank again for anything. The best part was our 72 hold period was over on a Friday and they told us the check would be mailed after that. Come to find out, when we called looking for the check on the following Tuesday that she "forgot" to put the check in the mail and now have to go pick up the check. UNBELIEVABLE

1st bank has horrible customer service. if you're in Colorado I recommend US Bank which has much better customer care.

Very slow service, took a bank teller 15 plus minutes to get my account reopened, very poor service when someone finally talked to me. This branch is terrible
