From day one, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is wonderful, most welcoming and they show utmost professionalism every time I come in for my treatment. I would recommend FitMD to anyone who is experiencing decline in any of the fields they specialize in. They receive 5/5 stars in my book without hesitation

Disappointing change in dealing with potential customers in the last few weeks. For years, I would walk in once per quarter and use the in body machine to check my numbers. Being located right in the middle of both sides of Armbrust Pro Gym (a place I'd give 10 stars to if I could), we send a lot of business to Fit MD. As a courtesy and in return, Fit MD allowed gym clients to check their numbers on the machine. It takes 5 minutes, there was never anyone waiting either before or after my use of said machine. In fact, that room was always empty whenever I walked in. Such a nice gesture on their part, I always felt. While it encourages business for them (I recommended several clients go there), it also provided a quick read on how your workouts were progressing. And the reception upon entering was, for 2.5 years, always friendly and professional. That abruptly changed now. There are some new staff members (and some who have stayed on), and when I walked in recently it was like getting an icy cold blast of water in my face. Very curt and abrasive, was the reception. Such a stark contrast from what I'm used to. When I asked if I could use the in body (which was free and available), the woman at the front desk cooly stated that would be $20. She added that no longer would gym patrons be allowed to use the machine unless they were Fit MD patients. I didn't argue the point, but passed on it and walked out. Hey, businesses are under no obligation to provide use of their equipment for free. I get it. But this was a prior arrangement and outstanding relationship builder with Fit MD's next door neighbors - very complimentary arrangements (fitness, health, etc.). It's a little sad to suddenly start treating those you always smiled at with curtness. Frankly, it's more odd than sad. So I'll not set foot in there in the future, and not refer anyone else to them. This is another business that is forgetting the value of building customer loyalty in favor of...well...I was going to say saving a few bucks but that's not even applicable here. Sometimes I'm just all like SMH.

I love FitMD! This location is by far the best! The doctors here are very kind and knowledgeable! Everyone is caring, compassionate people and you can be honest with them with any problems you are having so FitMD can get you the help you need! Shoutout to Jasmine, and Doctor Jessica and Doctor Rob, amazing people!

Zero Stars!!! If you value your health and your hard earned money, DO NOT GO TO FITMD!! They charged me exorbitant amounts of cash for medicines that did absolutely nothing to help me over 10 months of being "under their care". In fact, after another physician, whose practice is also centered around helping athletes, looked at my recent blood work from FitMD he was appalled at what they had done to my thyroid and is now desperately trying to fix it! He also has to fix my testosterone that they were supposed to be treating me for. Yet after taking my money month after month, my levels never changed and I never improved there either. They do not know what they are doing! FitMD is ONLY in business to take your money. Not to truly help you feel better. I was being charged $270/month for 4 doses of testosterone and 30 pills of thyroid from them (that doesn't include their bloodwork and office visit fees) and my new doctor is charging $110 for 100 doses of testosterone, 20 syringes and 30 pills of thyroid medicine. WTH? FitMD are money hungry monsters and don't take their Hippocratic Oathe seriously. It's disgusting and it makes me sick to think of the thousands of dollars I paid them to RUIN my thyroid and never help my testosterone levels. I wouldn't send anyone to them for hormone replacement therapy. Ever! Zero Stars

I feel so much better since I've been coming here! They have balanced out my hormone levels, and actually I look forward to my Vit B12 injection every month. The staff is amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. I can't wait to utilize more of their services.

FitMD is fantastic! I went in feeling sluggish and my energy levels were down. I met with Dr. Ramos and he initiated a care plan that has greatly improved my overall health. I am now on a fitness and wellness regimen that is catered specifically to me. I have not felt so good since my early 20's! The staff is highly educated and have been a really strong support system for me with any of my needs. I couldn't have asked for a better clinic and doctor to take care of my health. I would recommend FitMD to anyone I meet. Stop in and check them out! It is worth it!!
