Avoid this company like a first class ticket aboard the titanic! I have about 70 rentals with them, and from my experience the service has gotten exponentially worse and worse over the past few months. Poorly run, awful mobile application, nonfunctional vehicles, questionable billing practices, minimum interest in taking care of customers.To anyone wanting additional details from a high usage client, please reach out to me directly, and I'm happy to share my personal insights.

Every time I need to borrow a truck over the weekend, that one friend with the truck becomes mysteriously unavailable. But Fluid has never let me down! The app is super easy to use, great selection of items too

Saved a bunch when I rented a moving truck through Fluid with my roommate. Was easy to do and worked just as well as renting through uhaul or some other company. Would definitely recommend!

Had an awesome experience with fluid. way cheaper than going with a larger corporate car rental, and just makes more sense for us to be able to pay each other for borrowing stuff. Why buy a truck for weekend projects when you can just use one whenever you need on fluid!? Highly recommend it!

Fluid is fantastic. It's way easier than the traditional rental route. The truck was available when I needed it, and I didn't have to deal with the hassle of signing paperwork, etc. Would recommend 7 days out of 7, and twice on Sunday.

They cold email complete strangers to ask them to refer their customers to this service. It's unprofessional. Seeing the way they've treated people who have had their vehicles totaled while they were rented out is also horrifying. I would never use this service.
