This is the worst car dealership. Avoid them at all costs. I negotiated with them by phone and email for over a week because I am 250 miles from the dealership. I was constantly passed off to different people and no one knew what they were doing. We finally agreed on an offer that included a $5,000 rebate. They sent me a written offer that included the rebate and scheduled a time for me to make the 500 mile round trip to purchase the vehicle. When I got to the dealership they told they that I didn't qualify for the $5,000 rebate. I asked them to compensate me for my 500 mile round trip. The smug little "sales manager" said they weren't going to do anything and didn't even apologize. Unfathomable incompetence and deceit.

Worst experience I've ever had buying a car. I feel cheated and will never again shop at a Foundation dealership. They were inexperienced, neglectful, and dishonest.

I stopped in to get a new car. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted, or how to pick a new car but Mark was able to help me out. He wasn't pushy and answered all of my questions. He got me in a new car thats reliable and for a great price, I'll definitely be sending my friends into work with Mark.

I did not end up purchasing my vehicle from Foundation Kia but that is only because I was buying a Honda. They had a used one on their lot which was in great condition but not what I was looking for. The waiting room was very inviting with snacks, water and coffee bar. Carlos G. was my sales representative. He was professional and knowledgable on the specific vehicle I was interested in. He helped my feel very comfortable while test driving the vehicle. Ricky also helped me discuss some of the financing options and was super helpful explaining the different options. I would highly consider purchasing my next vehicle through Foundation Kia.

Went in to look at new cars but didn't want to deal with the usual aggressive/pushy sales people. Everyone we spoke with the very helpful, answered all our questions and understood we were just there to look. It was an overall great experience. We will definitely be back when we are ready to buy!

Just starting my search for a new car. Errol Wade reached out to set up a test drive. My experience so far has been great! Foundation Kia has great inventory and a very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended!

Foundation Kia in short: What a bunch of lie-slinging, false-claiming, mother-punching, car clowns. Just a bunch of bull***t. Ordered a car and absolutely did not get the correct year, specs and called multiple times to get addressed and all messages ignored. Went here because it was close to my house, but I will NEVER go here again and advise you to buy a car from a different dealership. I know it is tough to find cars right now, use someone else and save you the pain I am going through.

I bought my baby straight off the truck the end of June 2022. I have a 2022 kia k5 gt it only had 10 miles on it. My transmission is slipping after 3 months!!!! I was doing 35mph down a main street and my rpms were at 3 and you can hear it kick into gear but still holding 35mph. They want to keep my car and if they can't find the problem I'd have to pay for the rental they will give me. I told them i need a car because my son is special needs and I need a reliable car incase something happenes to my son!!! There's a recall on my car but because it's not finalized till Dec I have to wait!!! I bought a NEW car for a reason!!! They are putting my son and I both at risk. Gears pick up on me while I'm making a turn. Or if I'm at a stop light I will barley push the gas and it will just take off. Other times it won't even pick up speed and I have to throw it into sport mode to make it accelerate.. I can not believe I got rid of a car that was having transmission issues for a brand new car with the same problem... recall or not my transmission is messing up and it's under warranty and they aren't taking me serious. Their customer service sucks I can never get through to anyone my first 2 oil changes I called for 3 or 4 days and still no one would call back or answer! I finally asked to speak to a person not a voice mail. My second oil change they tried to charge me for saying that was my 3rd oil change. First of all I bought the 3 year oil change package and second she said I had an oil change in 2020. I looked at her and said it's a 2022 so how's that possible. I'm not happy at all. Like I said RECALL OR NOT ITS UNDER WARRENTY!

They're trying to cost me $7,500. Please share this post because I'd like as many people to know -- and especially Kia corporate to know -- how IMPOSSIBLE their dealers are making it to buy a car right now. I am trying to throw money at them, and they are simply refusing to take it. We are trying to order a Kia EV6 GT-Line fully electric car for my wife. These cars are new for this year, and production is behind. That means you have to order and wait several months for the car. We have ZERO problem with that. Waiting is just fine. However, the new law that Congress passed -- but that the president hasn't signed yet -- says that cars must be a certain percentage American-made in order to qualify for the $7,500 federal electric car tax credit. Only 17 electric cars currently made are sufficiently American to qualify for the new law's tax credit, but we're not interested in any of them. Most cars -- including the EV6 -- will not qualify for the new tax credit. BUT, according to the law, if you have a commitment to buy BEFORE the law is formally signed by the president and you put down a non-refundable deposit before the law is signed, you can get grandfathered in on ANY electric car and therefore get your $7,500 tax credit. The law is going to be signed sometime this week. In other words, all a Kia dealership has to do is take, let's say, $100 from me, make it non-refundable, deliver the car to me at some point in the future, and we save $7,500 on the car. This could not possibly be any easier. Other automakers know this and are already doing it, but the people at Kia are too incompetent to take care of this. Already, two Kia dealerships -- Foundation Kia and Peak Kia -- have said they won't do this. Basically, they want me to buy a car and lose the $7,500 tax credit, which we absolutely will NOT do. Kia is actually making good cars now, but their dealership experience SUCKS. I'm really trying to end my German gas car addiction, but these people are not making it easy. Wow.

Horrible experience. Off the bat, these guys are charging $5000 over MSRP for certain vehicles. And while several dealerships are charging markups, the expectation is that they will still work with you in other ways. I show up this morning to complete a purchase, and the first thing they do is severely lowball me on my trade-in value too. It's a 2014 Subaru Forester that kbb estimates is worth $9500 for trade in. They offered me $4K. I asked them to meet me somewhere in the middle, and they refused to budge, then told me to "customers are lining up to buy this." To which I replied, "At a $5K markup? Where are they? I don't see them." So, now I'm basically being charged $10,500 more than any dealership willing to sell at MSRP and a reasonable trade-in value. Even so, I asked them to run the numbers without a trade in. I was going to put about ¾ of the total down and finance the rest. They initially told me they would match my bank's interest rate, but then gave me a rate way above my bank's. I showed them the bank's rate and they refused to budge on that too, then proceeded to tell me they refuse to do business with my bank (USAA), so I'd either have to pay cash or go with their rate. After about two hours total of them ****ing around with me, I finally just walked. I cannot understand how businesses that treat customers this way stay in business. There was zero willingness on their part to work with me in any way, and every time I would object, or call them out on their BS, their only response was, "if you don't like it then don't buy it." To which I told them, "I agree and good luck finding buyers now that the tax credit is gone." Good riddance.

When Medved changed to Foundation Kia, I began regretting that I ever started servicing my car there. The service has gone so far down hill that I'm not optimistic for a comeback. Case in point, I have been doing an oil consumption study since October 2021 and it was referred to Kia as needing to be fixed. I have been going ever since to let them top off my oil. Fast forward to May 31, 2022, I go to have my oil topped off and now I'm in the beginning stages of doing an oil consumption study. I asked why and no one can give me an answer to what happened over the last 7 months to the first one that was done. Next, I paid over $1000 dollars for tires from Kia service dept, the tires are "cracking" after approximately 2 years and they are under warranty. I have my tires rotated there and every oil change they sign off that they are in good condition. My tire goes flat because the sidewalls on the back side have cracked open, I just got home from a 400 mile trip on these tires. Kia says they have never seen anything like that and this should only happen on a car that has been sitting in the sun for years. Kia suggests I pay for 2 and they pay for 2. Are you kidding me???? That's what a warranty is for!!! So they replace all four and pursue the warranty through Goodyear. Now, as of today, I have taken my car in 3 times because it shakes when I get into upper speeds and they cannot seem to fix it. It was fine before the new tires and everyone says that balancing is an easy thing to do. Why on earth am I spending an hour in the Kia waiting room for this issue over and over again??? Can someone at your Chevy or Cadillac fix this for me? Sincerely, A very disappointed customer....

1. I ordered my car online. They had two similar used cars and I chose the lower mile car. When the paperwork came they had changed the vin number to the higher mileage car. When I called them on it they said the lower mileage car had a faulty windshield wiper pump that was unavailable ? The cars looked similar so I took the slightly higher mileage car. It arrived with velcro glued to the center screen. 2. They shipped the car and told me when it would arrive. It arrived over 24 hours early. I was out of town. The driver did not call my house until he was sitting in my driveway. My neighbor accepted the car. It's good to have good neighbors. 3. They shipped the car without a charge cord. I had contacted them prior to the sale to make sure this would be included. It was not. 4. It's been 5 weeks and still no title.
