I described a type of game that I like. The customer service rep made a suggestion. I purchased the game and brought it home. I've loved every minute that I played it. The people here really know their stuff.

One of the workers dropped my PlayStation 4 on the ground by accident and didn’t do anything about it and was being extremely rude and horrible customer service was more worried about putting game covers in than the customers in the store

Great selection of new and used stuff. The used stuff is priced very well. Every single person I've encountered that works here is super knowledgeable and absolutely amazing. Plus, if you are like me and have no idea what's going on and buy the wrong thing, they have a great return policy.

As far as surplus is concerned, this GameStop has more video games than the Target nearby. Though, sadly, they are still pretty scarce for the type of store it should be.The service was pretty bland too, with the lady in the booth being more distracted talking about Resident Evil 4 more than getting involved in much of the inventory questions I had.Though as a relief, she -is- knowledgeable on the questions I was able to ask. Though, as expected, none are nearby.They even had a sale for NEW games and they barely had any of them in stock! Depressing, really.

Called every GameStop in a 30 mile radius looking for a game and no store had it in stock. The manager at this store took my information and actually called me when they got a copy. Have never experienced this kind of service from a GameStop. Will be my go to location from now on.

Very bad customer service , I called and a male employee says hello and I responded back asking "Is this gamestop ?" He then replied back saying Yes and were closed today and hung up on me . So therefore i will not be going to this store again . If i could give zero stars I definitely would
