I’m not certain if this is standard practice, I arrive approximately @ 11:45 with a single car ahead of me. I didn’t leave until 1:30 seems ridiculous but at least the employees were nice, I guess.

Great experience as always. These guys are really looking out for us. They referred me to a local mechanic since my Toyota is a difficult repair for a serpentine belt. I forgot to apply discount first time around but they said to come on in and they’d take care of it and to my surprise they gave me an additional discount for my time. 5 star service!

I always have such a positive experience at this Grease monkey. Yesterday when I received my service, it was a tad longer of a wait than I normally have due to short staff, but as always, they were professional and efficient, and I appreciate that.
