This is a horrible place to get your haircut unless you get brandy. None of the hairstylists know how to cut hair it makes you wonder how they got a job there. My son was in tears today because he has school tomorrow now he won't go because of how bad they cut his hair. If your thinking about getting your haircut at this great clips I recommend you don't EVER. Also just so everyone knows the hairstylist that ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT CUT HAIR HER NAME IS ELAINA.

Wish I could give zero stars! I never write reviews but had to on this one. I’ve gotten my hair cut at great clips many times. This was the absolute worst hair cut I’ve ever gotten!! I asked for no layers as last time they were too choppy for me. The lady said she would do point cutting instead to blend everything out. She completed butchered my whole head giving me an obscene amount of layers (the top layer being maybe 4 inches long) and took a huge chunk out in the middle of my hair so the hair in the front is way longer. Looks like she cut off the back very short and didn’t bring the front to back to make sure it was even (definitely didn’t want an asymmetrical bob). Layers or “point cutting” so intense it looks like my hair has just broken off all over my head. I’ve been walking around like this for two weeks unable to hide it or even put it up in a ponytail as all the layers just fall out because they are too short. Confidence completely ruined!!!! Never coming back!!!

I came in with the intent of getting all my hair cut off after a bag of expanding foam exploded on me. The would be hair cutter informed me that she wasn't using her $300 clippers on my hair. I asked if she could simply cut under the hair that was formed. The foam was already hard and could easily be cut under. She said no. This was after she took her time with the previous customer and then took a break before even looking at me. Thanks for wasting my time. I won't bother at your shop again. I'm actually sorry there isn't a zero star option.

I used to pay hundreds for haircuts, highlights, etc. I’m pretty obsessed with my hair. Now I go to Great Clips and color my own hair and couldn’t be happier. The fancy hair world is nice, but no longer a luxury I want to pay for. My 8 year old and I got the best haircuts we’ve had here yesterday. The ladies did a great job. They asked me specific questions about what I wanted and delivered. 10 stars.

The hair stylists I have met have been very kind and work with you to find the right hairstyle you're comfortable with. I plan on going back to this place and being a repeat customer.

I don't even want to give it one star , the lady that cut my hair this afternoon was super rude and made me feel bad . I just moved here from Arkansas where I would visit Great Clips on a regular basis. Not only was the lady rude today but she also did exact opposite of what I asked her not to do . And I asked her if she could at least line me up in front and was told that she didn't want to do it . Wth . I don't think I'll ever go back there. Thank goodness hair grows back , I'm 43 and this is the worst haircut I've ever had, so much for looking neat and professional for my job here.

OK, but not quite like the ones I used to get from Kaylene. Not the fault of Rene. Notes from Kaylene were not complete, saying only to layer all over. I have had a sort of wedge cut in the back. I added that Kaylene, at my request, did not use clippers at my neck back. Rene complied with this.
When I asked for a little more cut from the front side bottoms, Rene apparently cut from over the ears instead.
