Shawn was a really great and responsive salesman, and made it really easy to get photos of the car (even photos of the undercarriage when I asked) and have it picked up and delivered across the country. He even found the correct documents from my state's DMV to fill out for my registration! Definitely a great experience. Shawn and Brytney were really easy and great to work with for the whole thing. Love the car!

I Went a little before closing on a Saturday, the staff was amazing! I didnt feel rushed was able to test drive 3 vehicles comfortably. Bryttany was fantastic answered all my questions fast response and explained everything very well in person and by txt. I drove off with my dream truck. Highly recommend Haralan Automotive! Everyone is amazing!

Shawn, Bryttany, and Dave were awesome to work with. We bought an escalade from them, the transmission had failed after we bought it, they were 100% willing to help us out to and replaced the transmission without question.

will overcharge you 5-6x for cheap aftermarket parts and then install them wrong and damage your vehicle making it run worse than it did coming in

Would recommend that anyone stay away from here for purchasing a vehicle. I asked specific questions concerning common mechanical issues on the vehicle I was looking at and was reassured that they had checked those all and the vehicle had no issues whatsoever. Fast forward to owning it for a week, and having driven it only home, and it was leaking oil and coolant, still not sure what they did to hide that when I was test driving the car. Ended up costing me an extra $6k+ in repairs within the first month I've owned it, and most of the issues were things I had pointedly asked about before purchase. When I reached out to them hoping for any kind of help with taking care of the issues they originally said didn't exist, the offer was to trust them to look at them and fix the problems. Sorry, but if you can't be honest from the get-go, I'm not about to let you screw me over again. These guys are not trustworthy. Stay far far away. Hopefully my experience can save you the trouble I've had.

Found a car on car gurus and bought it the same day. It needed some repairs and Shawn was more than helpful in making sure we got what we needed. Bryttany was also very helpful in seeing us through the whole transaction. Would definitely buy from here again.

Our car was there for two months or longer. Granted, it was over the holiday season, but they took forever to get the job done. We had agreed that the cost would be at one price but once they called me to pick it up it was a couple hundred dollars more than what I was told. Then when we showed up to pick it up we couldn't even get the car started because the battery was dead.

I came in to Harlan Automotive to test drive a 4Runner I had found online. Shawn was very friendly & helpful; he got me the keys right away. After the test drive, I decided I wanted to go ahead & buy the car. Shawn offered me a fair deal for my trade in & made the paperwork & financing processes very painless. It is very clear that the car has been taken great care of -- new tires, new belts, new oil, new upholstery. 10/10 would do business with Shawn again.
