We completely missed our appointment as we were delayed at another appointment. When we got there, they still got us right in & were very understanding!

H & R Block charged elderly relative entire $300 refund for preparing the simplest possible return that probably took them 10 minutes to complete.

I have been using H&R block for years and they are wonderful. I have received a letter from the IRS few years back and they handled everything for me.

Why in the heck was I scheduled for an in-person tax advance refund in PA?!?!? You all know damn well where I am located!!!!! This is the worst service I have EVER received. Not only did you steal my ENTIRE Colorado State Refund and said that you just charged me for tax years 2021 and 2020, but your "pros" did NOT file 2020 at all! You tried to charge me twice for that! Colorado State IRS dispersed the state refund directly to your company! Where's my state refund????? NEVER dispersed those funds to me or my bank, did you?? I want my last 2 tax years worth of taxes and I want my refunds. Where is the accountability? NEVER EVER EVER trusting you guys to do my taxes again. Y'all are con artists. This company owes me $12,000 for tax years 2020 and 2021 or a refund for the service that you haven't provided at all! Which would be my entire Colorado State Refund for 2021of $865 to be exact, since you failed to provide any kind of service and my guess is I will have to refile 2020 and 2021. I will definitely not be filing with your company for any future years and I am going to tell everyone what kind of CON ARTISTS YOU ARE!!! THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

I am still waiting on my tax return, todays date is 11/18/2022 and I filed in February..I have been trying to get this resolved and after months of being ignored by H&R Block and the IRS I was finally able to file a claim in August..still waiting no one at H&R Block seems to care about their customer I will never go back..the worst experience I have ever had, mind you with all the inflation happening and trying to provide for a 8 and 6 year old has been so stressful and I have no support

Dropped my taxes off on 3/9/2022. Didn't hear anything back from them for about a month so I called to check in. It took about 3-4 days before my messages were relayed and for someone to get back to me. When they did they bluntly just told me they forgot about my taxes and there were issues with my H&R Block portal. They didn't bother to notify me of that earlier on and waited until I contacted them. Then they said my taxes were in an H&R Block "que" for someone in the company to pick up and do because this office couldn't do them anymore since they were so busy. Fast forward a couple days later and someone finally picks up my taxes and has to rush to get them done. I highly doubt they were able to do everything to get me the best return possible considering today is when they were completed and it is also the tax due date. Then when they said they would give me a discount for the troubles it was not easy to get them to apply the discount because the tax pro filing them was in South Carolina and didn't want to take the hit so I was told I had to transfer the taxes back to this original office in Colorado and they can apply the discount. Magically after I said something about this process and how it all went down a discount was applied from the South Carolina office who took over. ANYWAYS.... it was a mess. I thought I was doing the right thing dropping off my taxes 1 1/2 months early and it still took them until 4/18 to get it squared away and filed. Don't recommend using H&R Block. I plan on using a CPA/Accountant next time when I file.
