Can't recommend the folks here enough. I brought my 2006 CRV in for a fair amount of work and thorough inspection.
Not only did Matt and his team communicate frequently and in great detail, but they went the extra mile to make sure they were giving the car back to me in great condition.
When a bad replacement part caused a new issue after replacing, not only did they discover the issue before giving the vehicle back to me, but they went the extra mile to get the issue resolved at no additional cost to me. Thanks again to everyone at JAS!

Incredibly top notch - a team of true professionals. Was hesitant at first, but after talking with the Doc about my car - and hearing about the elbow grease they put into my service,, I will never take my trophy ‘02 4Runner anywhere else. If you have a toyota or any Japanese car that you truly care about - trust me, this is the only place you’ll want to take it.

Once again, the good folks at Japanese Auto have taken care of our 4Runner in a very friendly and efficient manner. The additional suggested service to remedy the low brake pedal "feel"/location with the use of a brake bleeder/replacement device has definitely improved the situation.
"Makes good sense" after, now, 59K miles! Thanks for the suggestion!
Be seein' ya again, after we've rolled up another batch of miles and need some more routine service performed. Glad you're there to support us!
