2 hours behind. Waiting room reaks of urine. No communication from staff about reasoning behind the back up. Rude interactions when patients sought answers. When patients are made to fast for 12 hours before lab work, it is insane to make us wait hours more.

It’s always one hour wait from your scheduled appointment time. If you can, go to Quest next door.

I had to schedule an appt but upon arriving there was already a very long wait. One of the two iPads for check in was not working and the scanner to check in was not working so I had to manually input all of my information which I had already done when i scheduled my appt. I just found the entire check in process frustrating. Once I was checked in I waited about 30 minutes for my name to be called the woman working the desk was friendly and professional but had to input my information again and then I was informed I would need to wait an additional 10-15 minutes. Which would have put me 30 minutes behind my scheduled appt time and 45 mins from my arrival time. I asked nicely if I could reschedule since I had another appt to get to. She quickly accommodated me and the phlebotomist who took my blood was very gentle, friendly, and professional. The staff was kind and professional but it just seemed like the organization was a hot mess and that they were well over booked. I don’t know if it’s just this location or Labcorp as a whole. Probably best to find a doctor that can just take your blood on site.

Very rude staff. Nobody there is friendly, and when you try to be nice they ignore you. Before d time I had to go there in a month and I was drawn the first time but this time they said NO, very rudely! The lab next door was very helpful and friendly.

Very rude, got there 15 minutes before closing, closed door on me and told me they were closing early. They had two others behind me. Will never go to this one again.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and every time the staff is informative, kind, and gentle. On my most recent visit Shannon’s kindness eased my nerves of getting my blood drawn.
I recommend making an appointment on their site. I’ve done this every time and have never had to wait more than 15 minutes.

I have utilized this location often and have never had an issue. The last 2 times I have been there, Shannon could not have done a better job! Her professionalism is amazing yet she is also cheerful and fun which makes something like this easier. Kudos to Shannon!

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I arrived at the recommended time today, and was checked in and taken back within 5 minutes. All the staff were kind and attentive, and Isaac was incredible. I needed a large blood draw, have small veins and am a complete chicken. He got it done easily and quickly and talked to me the whole time. My experience was great and I really appreciate that the staff were so supportive patient in an environment that gets extremely busy and requires a lot of patience.

Terrible service. 20+ people in waiting room and nobody managing the front desk. Not even enough chairs for everyone to sit. I ended up driving across town to my doctor over using this location. Do not recommend

The lady working the front desk with the tattoo on her chest was not helpful in the slightest. I had an appointment at noon, thinking it wound be a quick and easy, in and out service but it took them at least 15 minutes to let me know it was my turn. My doctor’s office said that they would have my order, but they didn’t which is not entirely their fault. However, the rude and unhelpful demeanor is not it. Don’t work the front desk of an office if you are going to be unpleasant to clients. People make appointments to be seen at that time and situations like me where I can only make it in during my lunch time from work.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible. I walked out after sitting for an hour without a single person being called back. If it's going to be that long, common courtesy would be to tell me when I arrived. Also, one of my tests turned out to be a lipid test, which requires fasting. I was asked when I checked in if I fasted and I said I had not. No one said anything to me about this, but instead, let me waste an hour for no reason without any mention of needing to fast. I'd like to think the medical staff here has some knowledge about how this works, but I'm seriously questioning the quality of my healthcare now.
UPDATE: I got a bill in the mail today for this. Ridiculous. Not a competent person on staff anywhere.
