I got my truck from here as they advertised lifetime power train warranty, the salesman told me all I needed to do was change my oil by recommend dates and if I did it myself I would need to call. I took it to big O so it was documented. I live 3 hours away from the dealership. My rear differential went out and they told me my warranty was void because I didn't call them before every oil change. The salesmen at Foundation Auto just want to make money and could careless about your understanding of the warranty. I would never go to these guys. With proof of my oil changes before recommended change dates they still denied my claim.

Happy to say I had a very positive experience at Foundation Kia in Wheat ridge . There was no pressure from my salesman, Sam Jensen, and he was great. He was knowledgeable and very patient as well as very helpful to try and get the car that would be a good fit for me. Spent all day helping me. Buying a car is stressful within itself but have to say, Sam made a difference with my experience. I highly recommend Foundation Kia if you want a smooth buying experience. Very professional from start to finish. I will be going back when it’s time for another car.

Service department is terrible. Scheduled an oil change and my daughter waited for over an hour only to finally find out it hadn't been started yet. Vehicle was scheduled, they knew what type and were not prepared as they had to wait for a filter. No one told my daughter and she had to leave due to other commitments. They also knew she was waiting. Service manager didn't see an issue with the situation.

Just to start of I am an industrial mechanic. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for my vehicle at 11:30 am they said it would be about 1hr to 1hr30min. No problem. 4hrs later I had to go ask if my vehicle was ready they told me it was waiting on approval. Approval I asked? No one came to talk to me or anything. Come to find out service advisor was trying to sell me things that I had just replaced about a month ago. There is no point in setting up an appointment it doesn't make it quicker and they try to sell you services that are not needed. Never again...
